I have a brand new cozy guest house behind my house in the garden, two floors, two separate entrances .
Top floor has an en-suite bedroom with a bunk bed that under has a twin bed convertible to a couch if only one person staying up there.

Ground floor is a big loft that divides into a bedroom (Queen bed) with full bathroom, and a dining area.
Same level has a separate fully equipped kitchen.
You can access the building direct to the kitchen or to the loft, with a little hall in between, giving independence and privacy to the guests.

Ideal for a family with teen kids, or a bunch of friends as the loft can be converted in a big room with up to three beds, or just a couple in search of roomy beautiful space.

We are 4 blocks from the beach, and 15 minutes car ride from downtown Punta del Este and to Solanas beach.
The neighborhood is full of pine trees, walk and bike riding distance to mini and super market, pharmacy, restaurant, etc.
I can provide bicycles, 15 minutes ride to Maldonado and half hour to Punta.

There is a bus stopping almost at the front door (once an hour) takes you to the local town Maldonado where you can combine to any bus to Punta del Este or further.

This a very cozy relaxing home!
