Great 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in a house with separate entrances, parking space, and shared backyard. Very clean and recently updated property only a minute walk from world famous warm mineral springs

Very quite and safe area. Close to shops and restaurants. Only a short drive from Gulf beaches: Venice beach, Manasota beach and amazing Siesta key beach just to name a few!

The unit is in a house that consist of two separate units, both units have separate entrances, sharing parking and backyard.

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans etc.); lovely and cozy family room with a soft couch and TV with entertainment channels. There is a wireless internet connect everywhere in the unit.

Very nice apartment near Warm Mineral Springs

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.The kitchen was a bit small, but well supplied with cooking utensils. The furnishings were nicer than expected for a vacation rental. We had a wonderful time, and really appreciated being so close to the Warm Mineral Springs.

Basic, clean accomodations near mineral spring park

Vira, the property owner, was very pleasant and accommodating. We had everything we needed for our week-long stay/escape from winter. It was ans easy 1/2 hr drive from Punta Gorda airport, an Allegiant hub. Being walking distance from the spring was great, we spent alot of time in the water there, and the property is also about 20-25 min from the beach. There is plenty to do in the area if you love outdoor activities like hunting for fossil shark teeth on the beach, shelling, visiting the wildlife rescue in Punta Gorda, walking, kayaking or taking a charter fishing trip or tour around Charlotte harbor. We drove down to Big Cypress Nat'l preserve and observed manatees, alligators, and tons of water birds in their natural habitat. The Isle of Capri was a nice stop, too for a lunch at Pelican's Bend. We would stay again.

Basic, clean accommodations

Very basic accommodations, good enough for sleeping while doing other things during the day. Host very responsive. Clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Ample parking. Bring towels (2 provided), wash cloths (none provided), and blankets (if it will be cold, there are only sheets on the small beds). No access to hottub or AC control (both in other unit), unit kept in the mid 70s. Very firm beds. Be prepared to take 2 heavy wheeled trash bins to the curb if you are there on a Friday. If you're there for the close by mineral spring (highly recommend!) be sure to bring beach towels and pool noodles - it's only a short walk

The place was very clean. What it was missing was comfort. The TV was in the bedroom and there were no chairs to sit on to watch TV - especially on the cold, wet days we experienced in January. Trying to sit on a bed and watch a movie doesn't work. Get another TV for the living room. We found out after arriving that there was no oven with the stove and we were told by owners NOT to drink the water or use for cooking. Had there been comfort, a stove and potable water we would have given a higher rating.

Very good, should become creative and install washer and dryer probably on back porch area. Would be nice to have thermostat control in our rental as couple in other unit who had control of thermostat preferred to have it warmer than us

Good home for visiting the mineral springs. Walking distance, 10-ish minute walk. Basic home, good to eat quick and sleep otherwise not much room to roam around. Owner is very nice and responsive. Great price for being so close to the springs. Would consider to rent again.

The place was fine, not great. And the price was okay too. The shower was tiny. Anyone a bit plump would have trouble fitting in it, or on the stool. I think they were made for munchkins! I’m 6’2” and when I looked in the mirror I could not see above my neck! Pretty funny! Could not get a normal channel on the TV, it was all ZULU and that sort of thing. And some sort of large frog woke us up two mornings a four am! Not in the nicest of neighborhoods.
