About this property

Lake Eufaula Beach front home....relaxing, fishing, boating, and holiday retreat

We have a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath home next to its own beach. House has a pool and sleeps 6-8 people.....we call it Canadian River Outdoors....walk the beach and look for arrowheads, sunbathe, fish, or use it as home base for boating and fishing...located close to town where you can enjoy food at local lake restaurants, attend concerts and enjoy local entertainment, We really love to stay at home and enjoy the beach and lay by the pool. The home has a nice kitchen and living area up stairs, and also has a second TV/living area downstairs in the master bedroom adjacent to the mudroom. The grounds are always nice and manicured and feature lots of parking, Outdoor cooking space, and seating areas with fire pits to sit by at night and plenty of parking space...Great house for relaxing or go all out and play on the lake and do all the local lake things.....also great for family holidays or home base for hunting season and fishing any time of the year!

Pictures do not do the place justice, it is much nicer than they look, property is private, just for info all bedrooms downstairs , upstairs is lovely open concept living, dining and kitchen with nice balcony. Lake is thru a trail in woods. Pool is lovely

Everything about the property was very nice. The pool made it even better, especially since there was no beach because of all the rain. We would have loved to see the beach. Hopefully next time.

We have been in the area and on this lake for 45 years. We are avid fishermen, hunters and outdoor junkies. We love to share our home to give people the opportunity to have the same experience as we have had for most of our lives....Great place to retire!

Our neighborhood is very nice and quiet located right on the edge of some of the most sought after sandy beaches on Lake Eufaula.

What makes this property unique

The property is located on a great sandy point and also has a pool with large deck. The house is two story with upstairs decks and living areas. The area is quiet and conveniently located close to town, boat ramps and restaurants.
