Every room except one has an ocean view that pictures just can’t capture effectively. Spend your evenings watching the sunset over the ocean then after dark enjoy the harbor lights. Every evening, even if you are sitting outside, you will see our local deer family come through the yard.

We enjoy sharing our home with other people until we can retire and live there full time. The house is only five years new. It is clean and has up-to-date amenities.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood for our retirement home because it is in an upscale quiet neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
The view from this property is spectacular. Pictures just can’t do it justice. The dining room table is big and perfect for game night. The breeze through the windows makes for plenty of fresh air. Every room except one has an ocean view, even the kitchen. The bedroom and dining room look onto a hill where deer appear every day. They like to look in the window at us. The living room and upstairs bedroom have remote control shades.
