Upon arrival, you`ll discover various inviting spaces to unwind and savor the tranquility of desert living. Finca Nopali is the ideal retreat for those seeking a romantic escape, a quiet refuge, or a place to disconnect from the bustling world while entertaining family and friends.
This property has been a cherished Airbnb for the past two years, earning over 300 glowing 5-star reviews. However, due to a recent change in management, the listing had to start fresh, as Airbnb does not allow reviews to be transferred. This home is located in the vastly open part of the Joshua Tree Desert and accessible by paved road. Please be aware that the property is not fully fenced and we do have neighbors to the east, west, and on the parcels to the north.
Finca Nopali will require a very short drive on well-graded a dirt road. There is plenty of parking inside the gate in front of the property and around the right side of the home.
Finca Nopali has neighbors and is unfenced - we do have privacy fences around our hot tub and outdoor dining spaces for added comfort.

NO TRESPASSING: Guests are only granted access to the premises within the property lines. Accessing neighboring properties is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for any fines and penalties resulting from trespassing.
TERMS & REGULATIONS:
Vacation Rental Agreement
Legal Considerations: This agreement serves as a vacation rental agreement, not a property lease. It does not confer any rights to the property at any time, and your usage is strictly defined by the terms outlined herein.
Booking Period: Your exclusive access to the property begins at check-in time and concludes at check-out time unless alternative arrangements have been formally approved in writing by the host. This agreement is in effect from the moment your booking is confirmed.
Occupancy: The number of individuals occupying the property must not exceed the count specified on your reservation confirmation without prior authorization from the host. This limitation applies whether the individuals are overnight guests or day visitors.
Photography and Commercial Use: Professional photoshoots at the property are not permitted without prior written consent from the host.
Special Events: Hosting special events, including weddings and parties, is not allowed without prior written approval from the host.
Internet Usage: Illegal or abusive use of Internet access on the property is strictly forbidden.
Property Access: If necessary, you are required to grant access to the property to the owner and designated personnel for purposes of landscaping, routine maintenance, pool and spa services, cleaning, repairs, and building inspections.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited within the house on the property and within 15 feet of any exterior door of the house. Please be advised that we enforce up to $1,000 smoking fee.
Surveillance: Guests acknowledge and accept that there are surveillance or recording devices in some of the property`s outdoor areas for security measures, the field of view is stated on the listing.
Pets: We love them—but this is an allergen-free home, so no pets are allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee.
Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs: Pools, including swimming pools, hot tubs, and cowboy tubs, provide exercise, recreation, and relaxation, but they can be dangerous if not used correctly. Please observe the following safety guidelines when using any pool on the Property:
- Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.
- The pool should not be used by intoxicated individuals.
- Never use the pool when alone, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Children must not be left unattended near the pool, not even for a brief moment.
- For hot tubs, ensure the cover is fully removed before use, and avoid sitting or lying on the cover.
Please note that neither the host, the Property owner, nor their employees, or agents can guarantee the safety of individuals using property with a pool. As a result, you, the Guest, are responsible for any losses, costs, damages, claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from pool use by yourself, other occupants, your guests, or your pets.
If the property includes a pool, the following rules apply:
- The pool may be used after dark with consideration for quiet hours (no loud noises after 10 p.m.).
- Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14.
- All drinks must be served in unbreakable containers.
- Excessive noise is not permitted at any hour.
- Users must shower and clean their feet before using the pool.
No lifeguard will be on duty at the pool, and guests swim at their own risk.
Guests agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge the host, the Property owner, and their employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all losses, costs, expenses, claims, liabilities, and causes of action resulting from the use of a pool on the Property by Guest, members of Guest`s household, Guest`s guests, or invitees.
If the Property features a cowboy tub, Guests have complete discretion on whether to fill the tub. However, upon filling the tub, Guests assume all risk of injuries or harm resulting from its use.
Noise: Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Keep music and voices at a considerate volume, especially after 10 PM when a county-wide noise ordinance comes into effect, prohibiting amplified music or loud noises.
Drones: Drones may be flown on the property but must not encroach on neighboring properties.
Furniture: Furniture from inside the house must not be used outside. If you rearrange any of the furniture, it is your responsibility to return it to its original location upon your departure. Our cleaning staff is unable to move heavy furniture. When moving furniture, please lift it rather than dragging it to prevent damage to the floors.
Check-Out: Please ensure you check out on time to avoid additional charges. If you anticipate any delays or issues before your departure, please contact us in advance so we can work together to find a solution.
The agreement with our cleaning services requires that we allow the cleaner the full time to complete the turnover. The cleaning company imposes a late check-out fee of $200 or more if the property is not vacated by 11:15 AM. This fee will be passed on to the guests as per our house rules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Septic System: All plumbing on the property operates through a septic system, and the toilets are highly sensitive. Do not flush wet wipes, including flushable wet wipes, tampons, or excessive amounts of toilet paper. Should a plumber be required due to these items being flushed down the toilet, the costs may be passed on to the guests.
Damages to property: Guests agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge the host, the Property owner, and their employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including the value of missing items, arising from the failure to adhere to the rules outlined in this on the listing and in this Agreement.
