Located in the very popular gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, this family-friendly residential community is surrounded by beautiful lakes, conservation areas, wildlife viewing and scenic walking paths, yet close to restaurants, shopping, outlets and world-class golf courses.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private villa has a conservation view with private pool and spa. Ideal for your next family vacation,this home is conveniently located just 10 minutes to the Walt Disney World Resort

The perfect Florida home-away-from-home, your Orlando vacation rental comes equipped with a full size kitchen with modern appliances, free high-speed internet and cable TV.

This villa offers a spacious king size bed in the master suite with an ensuite bathroom, a King bed in the second bedroom and (2) twin size beds in the third and a Queen bed in the fourth bedroom. This luxury vacation home easily accommodates a family of eight.

Enjoy all of the comforts and conveniences of home, while visiting Orlando.

Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool and spa heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

The house was very nice, very neat, some items seemed dated but hey, they work and functioned.Things were close by. Traffic was kind of a mess but this had nothing to do with the property.Communication with the property owners and staff were great. They responded right away.

Thank you very much for leaving the review Bethany - I would like to add to this that the fault was rectified within moments of letting us know there was an issue - you didn't have your vacation without AC - I feel that's misleading. Unfortunately systems can go down - anyone that has experience their own AC or even in the workplace perhaps - that unfortunately from time to time machines decide to stop functioning as they should - but it was quickly fixed and no issues since then thankfully.

Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful location, nice and quiet. Villa was just what we needed for our stay, the pool and pool deck were used a lot as was the pool table.

Great Vacation House

House was perfect, Great area to vacation in. Cumbrian Lakes is one of the nicest communities we have stayed in. Any questions he had were met with a prompt response. Everything in the listing was described as such!! We vacation in Florida 1-2 times a year and have never stayed in house as clean as this property. We will be looking to book again in the future!! Beds are very firm. Not very comfortable. The home needs updating. The pool was lovely. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool very much. The proximity to Disney World was ok. I requested a refund for the gas grill charge because we never used the grills and no one got back to us. On a whole I give this property a 7.

Family getaway

The home was nice and clean. I was suprised at the amount of pots and pans they had for us to use. We didn't use the pool but the area oustide was nice to hang out with the family. The home is close to everything we needed to do. My only issue was our bed wasnt really comfortable. My husband and i tossed and turned all night. The master bed was the most comfy. But i would stay again and just bring an eggcrate or some extra linen.

The house was great! We didn’t find any dishcloths or washcloths in kitchen or in the master bedroom. The email we received was redacted, it had the gate code and house code, but I didn’t know what they were for, until I called in and the guy explained it us. It was all good otherwise, pool was nice and warm.

The property has all that is required to make for a comfortable stay. Location is OK about 3 miles to the 192 main highway, Wallmart and Medieval Times etcThe poolside TV does not work and was a little disappointing, but not a big deal.In the Jack & Jill bathroom there is a large crack in one floor tile which has the possibility to cause harm to feet. Some of the wall sockets seemed a little loose.Some of the plentiful crockery had minor chips in it, so these did not get used.Photos of the pool make it look quite a bit larger than it actually is and the jacuzzi could do with a hand rail to assist older people or those who have had hip / knee replacements, something to hold on to while stepping into it.The local municipal airport has numerous, upwards of 30 light aircraft and business jets taking off on a daily basis and flying mainly directly over the property, which can get a little tiresome when relaxing by the pool.Good place to spend your holiday, with plenty of room for 4 adults with 4 children, or 6 adults with 2 children, and reasonably priced too. My personal rating is 8/10
