Great for families

Our family vacationed together the week of Christmas/New Years and we loved the location. The house had plenty of room and my 3 year old grandson swam in the pool every day even though the weather was cool.

Family vacation

We treated our family to a vacation in Florida. We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for the size of our group. Location was also great. It was one of our favorite vacations ever. I recommend this property!

Excellent property!

This house is in an amazing location- close to a beautiful less busy beach but within walking distance to the excitement of the Pier/bars/restaurants and so on. The house offers decent sized bedrooms with plenty of space to gather together indoors and outdoors.

Our annual family vacation.

We all loved our stay. The house was clean, plenty of space for our family and so very close to the beach. The kids found quite a few sand dollars and we saw 4 or 5 HUGE manatees swim next to us in the Gulf. Great experience.

Ideal location and facilities

Property is furnished to a good standard with everything one needs for a good vacation. Ideal layout for an extended family. Property management and housekeeping excellent. Location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood across from beach. Short walk to town centre.

Fabulous beach getaway!

This was a perfect location to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday with family and friends. The house was comfortable and felt like home. We were literally 1 minutes walk from the beach. Being on the north end of Clearwater Beach we felt like we had the beach to ourselves and yet we were only a 5 minute drive from the bars, restaurants and shops.

Great place

The place was great short walk to a very quiet beach. We had some hard rain and water came in the master bathroom and bedroom. Management told us what to do but was not the most ideal situation. Overall a great place to stay and just what they had described in the listing.

A great week!

The house, amenities and location were perfect for our group of 5 Dads and 5 teenage boys. Quiet and classy neighborhood, just steps from the beach and walkable/bike able to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and the kids loved the hot tub and rooftop deck. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked and/or grilled out several nights. Great place - very much a recommend.

Great stay in Clearwater Beach!

This was a wonderful property on the North end of Clearwater Beach the neighborhood was quiet and out of all the congestion but within walking distance to eating and shopping. The beach was just across the street-very easy to access. The house was very clean, well stocked with very nice kitchen ware, towels, beach towels and the linens were awesome. The hot tub was perfect and the backyard was nicely landscaped. There was a cool roof top with chairs to have an after dinner drink! We definitely plan on staying there again.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for the stay of my family for the week. The layout of the home provides a feeling of one’s own space all the while being able to be together with the rest of the family. While the beach was conveniently located right across the street and made it easy to get out every day, The pool was a great option for the kids when the adults needed a break from the sun. This location was one of many that were rented between families that came out for this trip. For us, location and walking distance to everyone else was very important and we got that with this property. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful Property & Location

The first thing we noticed about this house was the large open concept with plenty of space for a family of 9 to move around. The next item was how close to the beach we were! Right across the street, a 2 minute walk. Close enough that the kids could walk on their own and be able to carry our items. The sunsets were a perfect ending to the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Training Get Away!

We had a wonderful week. Location of house was great for Phillies spring training games in Clearwater & Dunedin. Proximity to beach perfect! Interested in renting again next yr if available. In a few yrs, plan to look for a monthly rental (Feb) to “get out of PA!” and enjoy a month of warm weather & spring training games! Very happy with our week! Enjoyed the beach and the pool. Our group were ages 2-64 and EVERYONE had a great time! Thanks so much!

Very Clean!

House was very clean, quick walk to the private beach, A/C worked great, slept 5 couples fairly comfortably. Great open area for a big group. Quiet neighborhood. New couches that reclined which all the men loved for watching TV. The hot tub didn't work all weekend and we had a slight flooding issue with the rain, but overall we would definitely go back and would recommend. Joanie and Tracy were VERY RESPONSIVE to text messages and calls.

Location, location, location!

My three siblings and I took our 90-year-old mom for a week in Clearwater Beach and this house was perfect! On a quiet street about 100 feet from the path to a beautiful white sand beach, there is also a private backyard with a small pool. The property manager, Joanie, was very responsive to our questions. When I mentioned that there was no grab bar in the bathroom shower where my mom was staying, one arrived via Amazon the next day! The downtown area is just 1 mile from the house and the recreation center there has three Pickleball courts! Highly recommend this house.

Family vacation

We loved our stay and had a lot of fun memories made. Joanie (property manager) was excellent at responding to all my questions or needs. My only complaint was the temp in the master bedroom (already discussed with Joanie). It was very difficult to maintain the 73 degree thermostat requirements. During the day it stayed in the 80’s but would cool off at night. It was also extremely hot that week in Florida. I would definitely recommend this property and return there myself. The bedroom space was perfect for us all (even plenty of room for pack and plays). It truly is a very close walk to the beach. I loved it there!

Great property and location

We stayed here for 7 days with our family of 4 and another family of 3. The bedroom setup was perfect for our families. We loved the location, it is very close to the beach but away from the busy tourist area of Clearwater. The property was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets and bedding are so cozy. The setup of the bedrooms allowed for people to have privacy without being too far away from one another. The main living area is nice and open with plenty of comfortable seating. The hot tub on the back patio was a nice treat after a long day. The upper deck/patio offered beautiful views and a nice comfortable place to relax. There are two outdoor showers which were perfect to wash off all the sand from the beach. The property manager Joanie was so nice, helpful and responsive to all of our needs. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!!

Cozy, clean, and almost oceanfront!

Our group enjoyed the homey feel of Key Lime Palms very much! We were in town for our son’s wedding and we needed the perfect “home base” for our group’s coming and going. This house suited our needs perfectly! It is situated across the street from hr beach, but it is a very short, easy walk. We did it several times per day. Also, the communication with the owner and property manager was outstanding. They both answered questions almost immediately and were very accommodating. The master suite was huge and the mattress was dreamy! If this house has any shortcomings it would only be that although the 3 baths are full size, they are pretty small. Also, be aware before going that the laundry is situated outside off the patio. Our family manged just fine, however, and when in Clearwater we would love to stay again!

Family Vacation

The house is overall Amazing we stayed for a week. Enough room for our entire family and very close to the beach. The fridge didn’t work for the first half of our trip the property mgr said someone would be out then they never showed. We cancelled our plans to be there for the repairman. Didn’t know they weren’t coming until after I asked. We had to put all of our food in coolers to keep them cold and had to get ice for the first five days of our trip. The wifi is not good. The outlets in the living room go in and out along with one of the bedrooms. Other than those issues the house is amazing.

Perfect Location!

We had 10 people, ranging in age from 16-83, staying at this home. It is just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet, clean beach. We went there often and enjoy the sun, sunset, and moon. Absolutely stunning! The listing portrayed a much larger property with the pictures. It would’ve been nice to know that to get to one bedroom you had to travel through another. Suggested improvements: With 10 people, more toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets would’ve been welcomed. There were just enough bath towels for the 10 of us. The property contact was often not the same person via the same method so that got a bit confusing of who to contact. We much appreciated the laundry facilities and utilized this often. Again, perfect location! Just a 5-minute drive to the more active downtown Clearwater where we ate and shopped often. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house, close to the beach

This is a very nice house. The description and pictures of the house are extremely accurate. The living space is open and conducive for family gatherings. The kitchen was generally very well stocked, except for a few small things (no oven mitts or spatulas). Beach towels were provided which was a nice bonus. The primary reason I didn't give the property a 5 is that the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The master bedroom king size bed sagged terribly in the middle that you would fall into the center of the bed. My husband and I didn't get a good nights rest the entire vacation. The property manager was a overly involved in our timing of check-in and check-out, but then didn't respond to other questions. Also, the pool listed is a public pool and you need to pay to access it. However, my family really enjoyed the pool especially given that the red tide levels were high when we first arrived.

Great place for family vacation.

Amazing Family Vacation Rental

We rented this home for our family of 4 plus Grandma & Grandpa and aunt and uncle. It was plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect with very easy access to the beach. Also walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The home was very clean, updated and comfortable. We had the very best time and would love to return again!

Golf Week

The property was as expected from the pictures. Due to the cold weather we were not able to take advantage of the deck and pool, certainly not something that was due to the property. Managed to have a good time despite the weather.
