We are excited to welcome you to this updated home less than 2
miles from Auburn University. Situated in a quiet neighborhood,
you will find the home nestled in a relaxing setting while still close enough to all that Auburn has to offer. This newly furnished home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as private parking for up to 3 cars.

Upon entering this single-story home, you are immediately
greeted with an open floor plan complete with a cozy living space, fully stocked kitchen, and a dining room that comfortably seats 6. The garage, with its additional seating, a 65-inch Smart TV, foosball and ping pong tables, offers just the right spot for
entertaining friends and family.

The owner’s bedroom is designed with a king size bed and
additional Smart TV. A private bathroom with large walk in
shower and oversized closet make for a peaceful retreat. The
remaining 2 bedrooms, each have a queen size bed and shared
bathroom.

The fully fenced in back yard is equipped with a Traeger grill
perfect for all game day cookouts.

There is also a laundry room available for use during your stay.

Perfect place

We stayed here to host family for our daughter’s graduation. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood only 5 minutes from campus, it was the perfect place for us. Host was super responsive with a couple of questions we had during our stay. The house was very clean and well furnished, everything made it feel like the house was brand new. The kitchen was awesome, stocked with all the utensils, dishes and appliances we needed to cook our meals.Highly recommended this rental to anyone staying in Auburn.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious Auburn home. It was equipped with everything thing you can imagine for the initial setup. The home was very clean, had a nice back yard, in a nice quiet friendly neighborhood, and the game room was a plus! The hostess was very nice. We had a hiccup on our first night but after contacting Customer Service who followed up with the hostess the next morning, the problem was a simple fix and resolved. The hostess contacted us to make sure everything was okay and offered to come to the home to help remedy the issue if needed. I would definitely rent this home again based on its location, cleanliness, amenities, and responsiveness of the hostess.
