A splendid beach getaway awaits you at Latitude Adjustment! This impeccable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comes replete with beach access, a seasonal saltwater pool, screened-in porch, and exceptional water views. Latitude Adjustment is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.

The stylish living room features chic, beach-inspired décor and muted hues, allowing guests to kick back and relax while taking in the stunning views. Here you'll find comfortable seating—including a sofa and four armchairs—as well as a wall-mounted Smart TV.

Access to a screened-in porch with outdoor furniture is adjacent to the living room. This is the ideal spot to savor your morning coffee while enjoying the sights and sounds of the water as you gaze at the beach in the distance.

The kitchen and dining areas are just off the living room. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats three. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, with a table that can accommodate eight.

The home boasts spectacular outdoor space. Kids and adults will enjoy the saltwater pool and patio on the ground level, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs. The gas grill is perfect for making meals poolside. Another impressive outdoor space can be found on the top level of the home, where you'll find a covered deck with a cozy outdoor couch and even better views of the beach!

At the end of the day basking in the sun, guests can get some rest in one of three well-appointed bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and access to a private deck with spectacular water vistas. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and single vanity sink.

The queen-sized bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted Smart TV and two large windows that allow brilliant sunshine to flow into the space. Children will enjoy the bunk room, which features a twin-over-twin bunk, and loveseat with plenty of space to play. The queen-sized bedroom and the bunk room share a shower-over-tub. Each room has its own toilet and hand sink.

Please be advised that all guests are required to have a car pass in order to access the island. The car pass total must be confirmed in advance of your stay. This home accommodates up to 2 vehicles max. Resort access requires a car pass to enter. Information for this entry pass should be gathered at booking or a minimum of 14 days before arrival.
