The house was much smaller then it originally appeared to be in the listing photos and what they had available was the bare minimum. The neighborhood was rowdy and there was screaming late into the night. The shower also sprayed water all over the floor and caused a massive puddle. The house was overall nice and clean but not worth the price that it was listed for. A hotel would have much better accommodated our needs.

Hi Rebekah, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We aim to provide an accurate representation of the home, and we’ll be reviewing our listing photos and description to ensure they reflect the space more clearly. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the shower and will be addressing that immediately to prevent it from happening again. While we cannot control neighborhood activity, we understand how disruptive it can be, and we regret that it impacted your stay. Your comments are important to us, and we’ll be using them to improve both the property, and the guest experience moving forward. Sincerely, Sarah and the B4K Team

Stayed here almost two weeks. Needed a cozy home like place for my daughter to recover from a surgery she had at the local hospital. It had a full sized kitchen to prepare meals and a comfortable bed. We liked the long couch in the living room. The home is in an older established neighborhood. It’s quiet and several children outside playing most days, which was nice to see these days. Owner communicated often if there was a problem they would handle.
