If Rules are Violated, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND AN EXTRA CLEANING CHARGE OF $100 WILL BE APPLIED, IN ADDITION TO A $100 CHARGE PER PERSON PER VIOLATED DAY.
If You Break or Damage Something, Please Let Us Know So We Can Come Prepared to Fix or Replace it For the Next Guest. - Noise Curfew - Quiet Times: 10pm – 6am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ONLY GUESTS BOOKED ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY - NO MORE THAN 3 Any guest not stated will incur a $100 charge per person per, per night.
