Full kitchen and dinette and dining room. Tennis courts and pool out back lanai. Sauna and showers by pool. Second pool next to beach. WiFi, pool table, fusbol, exercise room, grills, parking at front door, deep water boat docks past mangrove trees for fishing on property.

Why they chose this property
This is more residential then touristy. Since its south of the bridge its easier to get on n off the island in peak months n peaceful
