Adorned with natural stone and stainless steel, there is travertine flooring throughout most the the property, granite countertops in the kitchen and and stainless steel appliances. We're putting distance to the valley's best shopping, dining, and of course golfing. Also located between the Arabian Horse Show, Barrett Jackson Car Auction the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Close to almost all popular Scottsdale hiking areas, across the street from the Scottsdale Sports Complex as well as easy access to the 101 freeway for traveling to spring training and college bowl games.

Start your day by watching the sun come over the McDowell Mountains. Come home each evening and from your personal veranda watch golfers finishing out their round while the sun slowly sets in the West.

There are Smart TVs in the living and bedrooms (3 total). Included are Apple TVs for each Smart TV to incorporate AirPlay options and broaden streaming capabilities. There is also a new modem and router for responsive and dependable WiFi. Fully furnished, including amenities like towels, sheets, flatware, blenders, flatware, plates etc. New Plantation shutters, HVAC system and outdoor screens added in the past year.

This property is the perfect property for vacations, relocations and temporary stays between housing sales / purchases or temporary job assignments.

Perfect Spot for golfers!

The property was wonderful with the TPC Champions golf course views, the sunset every night, and being right in the middle of the Phoenix Open excitement in February. With access to so many golf courses and wonderful restaurants, this was a perfect location for a winter in Scottsdale! Bruce was very responsive and helpful.

Montana del Sol

Bruce was a great host and the condo was clean, comfortable, and has an awesome view of the TPC Champions Course with the mountains in the background. Great sunsets and the pool was very clean, close, and easy access to the grill from the condo. The Scottsdale Airport is close by on the other side of the Frank Lloyd highway but the planes generally don’t take off or land from 930 PM to 700 AM. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues or problems and the condo is in a great location for easy access to the 101 and close to Kierland.

Once you stay there you will never want to go anywhere else!

We have been going to Arizona for several years. Once we retired, it was time to find the perfect place to stay in Arizona during the shoulder Seasons, year after year. We visited over 10 different condos around the Scottsdale area searching for a gem...not an easy task! As soon as we entered Bruce’s Montana del Sol unit, it was love at first sight and we knew that our search was over! I remember whispering to my husband during the visit that I felt so good in this place and so excited and my husband replied that he felt the same way. Our criteria were all met: Great views from the balcony, kitchen and Master suite, 2 full ensuites and a spacious living area with an open kitchen and very high ceilings. Oh and I forget the laundry room and the garage with an automatic door opener! It just feels like home. All the furniture is brand new,the complex is extremely well kept and the swiming pool is immaculate. Every possible service is nearby and you can walk to the Kireland area at night for a nice dinner or high end shopping. Our Host, Bruce Howard is a real Gentleman and is always willing to help his guests. Bruce should be called a Super Host on VRBO but he always has return rentals and tells tenants to not bother to review. Trust me, this rental is a sure bet! Esther Morency & Jacques Bergeron

I have owned this property since 2011, and have another property in the same complex that I've had since 2003 that is used for family vacations. My family loves this area and we think others will as well.

Why they chose this property

I am about responsiveness and client service.
I have had one party that stayed here for 4.5 years, only leaving due to an out of state move.
In 2017 I moved to a seasonal rental structure. I have had few guests, but many stays because they like to come back. In that time the same guests (two parties in total) have stayed for the past four winter seasons and my other guests are recurring in spring and fall. My winter guests are moving on because they bought a property in the same complex, Montana del Sol.

What makes this property unique

Situated on the TPC golf course. Despite all of the construction around the state, the view from this property should remain unobstructed due to its proximity to the Scottsdale Regional Airport. So you can see the McDowell Mountains, Camelback Mountain and the West Valley by doing a 180 view from the patio. Plus this property protrudes from other units, so you are no blocked by your neighbors.
