CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:



- Swing stages have been installed on the rear of the building to access areas of balcony spalling on stacks 04, 05, 09. The pool will remain closed until April 10th. Dates subject to change.



San Carlos 809 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, beautifully decorated condo with an incredible Gulf-front view from the 8th floor.



• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. Dining room table seats six, with four barstools for additional seating



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom features two twin-size beds with two twin trundles



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry



• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes must be purchased onsite at the front desk upon arrival (floor 3). Parking passes are $50 each plus tax



• San Carlos HOA Rule: The listed guest on any San Carlos unit rental reservation must be at least 25 years of age and physically present for the entire duration of the contracted stay. Violations of this rule will result in immediate eviction as mandated by the San Carlos Board of Directors



No Smoking property, including each unit's balcony. A designated smoking area is available at the BBQ area.

Absolutely beautiful property with an incredible view and large balcony. Very clean. Located in a convenient location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We would stay here again. My only recommendation is to add a ledge or a shower caddy in the master bathroom so there is a place to store your soap and shampoo.

Excellent communication. Room was clean and perfectly decorated. Amazing view! Able to see sunset and sunrise from lanai!!! Great location. Easy beach access. Nice pool. Nice kitchen. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in master suite. Only recommendation - provide adequate toilet paper/ paper towels and dish detergents appropriate to #people and #days reserved.

Condo was very spacious with easy beach access and an amazing view from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary cookware and dinnerware. Within walking distance of local restaurants and stores. Would definitely consider booking again.

Lovely place on the beach

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and The San Carlos was a perfect place to stay. Great location near plenty of restaurants and shops. The pool was perfect, loved the partial canopies to stay in the shade even while in the pool. We'll be back!

This was a great condo to stay in! Very spacious and well kept. The only thing I’d suggest is more blankets for the beds. We didn’t have enough provided for the trundles and had to use travel blankets we brought with us. Other than that, everything was perfect!
