The house feels even more spacious than the pictures show. Four of us stayed here (3 adults, one child) and we didn’t feel like we were walking on top of one another. Everything you’d need is included - toaster, microwave, pots and pans, grill, washer dryer, fans for both bedrooms. Very nice accommodation in a beautiful area. We even saw deer one morning. Communication from property owner was excellent. I’d book this Vrbo again.

Convenient, Comfy and Clean!

We visited the area to attend a wedding in which my son was a groomsman. The location of the house was perfect for us - close to the airport, the wedding venue, and the town of Weston which we wanted to visit the following day. The house was spotless and comfortable for the four of us to sit and visit. Also close to plenty of restaurants and downtown. Wish we had better weather to enjoy the lovely deck and fire pit area out back! Very much recommend this home if you are visiting the area.

Great place nice and peaceful place

This is my second time staying here and plan on booking more in the future. This place has everything you need, close enough to nice dinning but also has a country feel to it which I really enjoy.

Great stay for a local wedding

Drove in from Colorado. It was nice to be less than 5 minutes away from the wedding venue. The property was lovely, comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.

Great home away from home!

Perfect little house

We stayed for a long weekend exploring the Kansas City area. The house is cute, cozy, clean, beautifully decorated and a perfect place to come home to. The beds are comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely come back next time we're in the area.

Beautiful cozy house

My husband, mother and I stayed at this beautiful, well appointed home for two nights and it was the perfect place to host family dinners. It’s exactly as pictured and very spacious with an open concept. The furnishings were so comfortable and we also loved sitting on the back porch and seeing some wildlife. It’s a lovely country setting, yet only minutes from the city. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in KC. I highly recommend this beautiful home. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful Little Gem

My daughter and I stayed here after moving her out of KU dorm. We spent a couple of extra days in Kansas City to celebrate her first year. Home was incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from the back porch was relaxing and peaceful. Being only 25 minutes or so from the city was perfect, and being close to grocery/Target was super convenient. We visited the Rabbit HOle in north KC, went to City Market and a Royals Game, and even to a movie (only 10 minutes away). Although only a few minutes from the airport, the plane noise wasn't bad. The road parallels the highway and feeds to the airport, but the noise from passing cars was not too bad, and louder at normal commute times. We loved our few days here and look forward to staying here again.

Tammie's Kansas City house.

We were in town for a convention and found Tammie's house to be a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel for a week. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals and was clean and comfortable. The house was close to the freeway and only a few minutes to the airport. We would stay again if ever in Kansas City.

Little Gem

This was a perfect spot for our stay. There was nothing lacking here. Loved the immaculate condition. Great place to just relax and enjoy being away. Inside and out. Loved that I could come home with no laundry to do because I could do it there. Kitchen well supplied for cooking. Comfortable in every area. We may return in the spring and will definitely choose this spot again.

As business people and frequent travelers, we understand the value of having a "home" away from home when traveling. As we renovated this property we tried to take into consideration the important components we look for when renting homes: convenience, comfort and privacy are important to us so we tried to provide it for our guests in this property also.

This home features extremely easy access to KCI and is 1/4 mile from the I-435 bypass that circles Kansas City. Access to anywhere you want to go in the Kansas City region is very easy.
