Beautiful property for weekends and holidays - Salesópolis
Beautiful site near SP, Salesópolis region, 20. 000 m2, large house with balcony, swimming pool with waterfall and shallow area for children and elderly, kiosk, soccer field, barbecue, oven and 2 wood stove, fireplace, table basketball, volleyball net, pool table, foosball table, grove all lawn, orchard, TV room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 suites, 1 bathroom and 1 external bathroom for pool, sun loungers and chairs pool, laundry.
The house has 42 "LED TV, SKY TV, 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators, microwave, freezer horizontal, fans, heaters, appliances, plates, glasses, cutlery and utensils, air fryer, water cooler with cold and cold water, everything very new.
We limit to the maximum number of 14 people, without exception, the house does not have stairs, making the space very accessible for elderly, children and disabled.
In front of the site there is a small fishing village to relax and have fun.
The place has a housekeeper who will clean the pool and provide information and requests during the stay.
From the beginning of the Ayrton Senna Highway to the site are 1h10 minutes, being 10 minutes on dirt road.
On the way there are supermarkets and commerce in general.
