Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Overall we had an excellent stay at this property. The location was excellent and accommodations were comfortable for our family of four. We would consider staying at this location again for our next trip to Orange Beach.

Great stay for price

Very affordable and great location. You can tell it is an older building and they are renovating. The elevator broke on our last night and there were techs out the next morning working to get it fixed. It was easy beach access and close to stores. The Flying Harpoon 2 is right across the street and they have amazing food and drinks. Also it’s about 20 min one way or the other to Flora-Bama and The Hangout. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a condo.
