Our spacious 1945 duplex flat has oak floors, large windows and sleeps up to four, with off street parking, landscaped yard, patio and grill.
Short walking distance to numerous restaurants, events and entertainment. Downtown,, Midtown, Plaza District & Paseo Arts, Uptown 23rd, business district and sports venues. Five minute drive to OU Health Science Center.
The flat is the upper unit of a duplex. It has a shared entrance from the front and from the back as well.
Fully furnished with pretty, comfortable decor, and super clean. Big windows.
This duplex home is in a beautiful historic preservation district which was totally renovated in 2016.
Efficiently equipped complete kitchen. Cook if you wish, all the pots and pans are available. Put your groceries in the full size refrigerator. A Keurig Coffee Maker and various hot and cold tea options. There is a toaster, blenders, dishes, flatware and bake ware.
I usually stock the refrigerator butter, jam, half and half. Sometimes other things will show up. Anything in the refrigerator is for you to consume.
Our flat can most comfortably accommodate one, two or four people with a very comfortable new Serta Queen Beautyrest pillowtop mattress and a Tuft and Needle Queen memory foam mattress.
Free, private, high-speed Wi-Fi with consistent connection.
Samsung Flat Screen Smart TV w/Cox Cable HBO premium channel, you can connect to Hulu, Netflix. Television w/cable in one bedroom as well
Bathroom; Tub/shower stocked with thick quality towels soaps,soaking salts and things you just might have forgotten. Extra towels, hairdryer, shampoo, magnifying mirror, manicure kit, etc. in the bathroom cabinet.
Plenty of closet space in the bedrooms. A luggage rack is there if you prefer to live out of your suitcase.There is an iron/ironing board, in the master bedroom closet. A broom, dust mop in the kitchen cabinet locker.
I live next door and I am available for guests to provide itineraries and places to eat, drink, shop, etc.

My two friends and I had a great girls weekend here. The house is central to lots of places in OKC, and is in a nice, safe feeling area. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and even robes hanging in the closets. The house was stocked with some soft drinks and water bottles, coffees and creamers, some mini candy bars, and I believe some spices and oils (although we didn't cook so I can't recall those exactly). There were lots of thoughtful touches in the home and we were very pleased -would stay here again if we were in OKC.

We were blown away by this beautiful property. So clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and beyond. Communication with the host was great! We had no problems at all. This place was worth every penny. I would absolutely stay there again. The neighborhood was beautiful as well.
