Pool & Spa Heating Policy

Pool Heating:
Rate: $75 per night (2-night minimum).
Temperature & Schedule: Heated to 85°F from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Includes: Pool heating and spa heating for the selected days.

Spa Heating:
Temperature: 101 degrees, natural gas heating.
Same-Day Spa Heat: Can be arranged on the day of use by using the house controls.

Spa-Only Heating (Without Pool Heating):
Rate: No charge (if pool heating is not requested).

Additional Details:
Payment Options: Payment request will be sent prior to checkout.
Consecutive Days Required: Due to high natural gas costs and extended heating time, pool heating must be booked for a minimum of 2 consecutive days.
1-Night Stays: Guests staying only one night will still be required to pay for two nights of pool heating, as the initial heating process takes almost an entire day.
Advance Notice Required: To ensure the pool is heated and ready for use, prepayment is required at least one day in advance.

Summer Heating Waiver: During warmer months, the heating charge may be waived at the host’s discretion—please inquire!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable and memories were certainly made. Thanks for hosting us. The home was exactly what we needed. A place to relax, unwind after all the fun and activities at Coachella. Taylor was an excellent host with great communication throughout our entire stay. The house was exactly what I was looking for—everything matched the description perfectly, and it was actually more spacious than I expected.We had a group of 12, and everyone slept comfortably. The living room and kitchen were roomy and fully stocked with everything we could’ve needed.The backyard was hands-down my favorite part of the house. Between the grill, pool, and fireplace, it was the perfect setup for a fun and relaxing getaway. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great group stay!

We chose this neighborhood because it perfectly blends relaxation and adventure. This community is a brand-new build, offering modern comforts and a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. We wanted to be close to the excitement of the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, as well as the incredible golfing and off-roading trails that make this area so special. What truly sold us on this home was the breathtaking view—waking up to the stunning mountains and overlooking the golf course is something we never get tired of. Whether you're here for the festivals, outdoor activities, or just to unwind, this neighborhood offers the best of it all!
