Panga Villa is a Second Story beachfront villa overlooking the surf on the north side of Hacienda Iguana.

Our Villais 2nd story large villa with terrace. 2BD/2BA Sleeps 4 comfortably. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a view of the surf from the pillow and a private bathroom. The second room is two single rooms that can become a comfortable king. The living room has a futon couch if needed. The Kitchen is fully stocked. Maid service and drinking water are all included. The villas have large beach side swimming pool and outside living area. Transportation to and from the community, surf board and bike rental available.

Walking distance from 3 SURF breaks: Los Perros, PANGA Drops and COLORADOS!!!!

We are Getnica, a full service property management company located in Hacienda Iguana and we are around and available for anything you might need and any to help with any questions or concerns you might have. We provide an info guide in the condo, with information on activities, hikes, day trip ideas, maps, a restaurant guide, local restaurant menus etc.
The Hacienda Iguana community has two small groceries stores, a spa, a medical clinic, five restaurants, a surf shop and a small school.
We will be happy to schedule airport pick-ups, boat fishing trips, boat surfing trips, horse back riding on the beach, spa treatments, food packages, etc.
