Natalie was a very difficult guest and I would not host her again. Immediately after check-in, she claimed the property was in “horrible condition,” citing crumbs and hair. The photos provided were extremely minor (e.g., a single crumb and one strand of hair). I immediately offered to send cleaners back and also offered a mid-stay cleaning, both of which she declined. She initially stated a refund was not necessary, however a consistent pattern developed where she would send new complaints after midnight (typically after her girlfriend returned), ignore my responses and solutions the next day, and then raise new issues again late at night. Complaints included a water spot, lack of a second key (despite listing stating one key digital access), and she took it upon herself to make an unauthorized duplicate key for her undisclosed girlfriend. Other complaints involved items that were present but not located (toaster oven, iron, ironing board, lighting), or clearly disclosed (no master closet access). I offered a full refund to vacate, which she declined, stating it was inconvenient. Despite this, she later requested a full refund while continuing to stay additional nights without payment. Her girlfriend was not registered as required under the rental agreement. Overall, there was a pattern of excessive complaints, ignored resolutions, and attempts to obtain a refund while continuing to use the property. I would not host her again.
