Awful experience, had to be moved 3 times, I've used VRBO for years, but I'll never use you again, I can't believe you would even affilate yourself with this piece ofcrap property.

No hot water for the stay. On day three, there was warm water for about 5 minutes. The elevator was down twice, the wooden ramps to the beach had soft spots that felt like you would crack. The wash off spots were not very good. The picture of the room that I thought I was renting was not the room I was assigned to. The pool was nice and the location was very good. The staff were polite but could not really help except to say that maintenance was called. It is sad that what could be a premium property is so run down. The issue of no hot water is concerning from a health standpoint.
