Total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms

2 master bedrooms with walk-in closets, double vessel sinks, double shower-heads, granite counter-tops, and private toilet. King beds in both master bedrooms, plus mounted flat screen in each room. Both rooms have direct access to back patio with view of water.

Third bedroom, in main house, has a queen bed, plus a flat screen television. Has direct access to pool.

Full outdoor kitchen next to pool. Includes flat screen television, plus outdoor fireplace. Pool with waterfall.

Pool house has a queen size bed, plus full bathroom. Also includes flat screen.

House has a private beach, boat and watercraft launch area, plus a private bar overlooking the water.

RV hook-ups available on site. Additional cost of $75 per RV, per night.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out trashes inside and outside of the house including bathrooms, kitchen, outside bar, pool area and dispose into the dumpster out front of the house when checking out.
Don’t leave dishes in sink. Put dishes into dishwasher and start. Do not move any inside or outside furniture. Outdoor umbrellas must remain closed unless using them to prevent damages.
Leave towels in showers. Do not strip beds Sweep up pet hair or any obvious trash left on floor. Wipe up or mop any spills. Quick wipe stove, microwave and fridge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great property. Our families second stay here. Very accommodating for multiple families with multiple areas for relaxing or outdoor activities. We will return for a third time. Recommend BYO disposable silverware for a large group.

Our home away from home

Year 9 coming here and it is always the best vacation! Quiet location, comfortable inside and out, fun for everyone. House is always clean and stocked with everything you need from sharp knives in the kitchen to shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Beds are comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Jon and his staff are responsive and helpful if any need arises!

Family Spring Break Vacation

Our families had a wonderful time staying at this property over spring break! The house was a great size and comfortably accommodated both families. The location is absolutely beautiful—being right on the river made it perfect for both kids and adults. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing for the adults, while the kids had plenty of fun exploring and playing outdoors. We brought our boat, and having the dock right on the property was a huge plus—easy and accessible. Overall, it’s a beautiful and well-kept home, and I would definitely recommend it for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Thanksgiving family trip

We stayed at the property for Thanksgiving with our family. The house was very nice. The owner even warmed up the pool. Spent a lot of time outside near the water with our dogs. The beach and bar area are so perfect for entertaining and the view is amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property!

This home is truly stunning! It provided plenty of space for our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) to relax and enjoy quality time together. With four beds, it comfortably sleeps eight, while also offering a couch, futon, and cots for additional guests. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit, and we loved unwinding in the bar area with card games in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed.We would absolutely stay here again!

Friends Weekend

Each year a group of us who have been friends over 40 years get together for a long weekend. This year we chose the river. This property was perfect for our 3 couples. We couldn’t have asked for a better home whether it was sitting outside by the river, enjoying the pool or cooking & grilling. We all agreed best place we’ve stayed in since doing these trips, and we’d stay here again. The host was easy to speak with, very responsive, and answered all questions. 5 Star from our group.

Plenty of room in this big beautiful house for our party of 11. Jon was great, quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. Best place on the river!

This is our fourth time coming to this amazing river house! Our kids love the beach and the pool! The boat ramp is easy to use and there’s a dock to tie up your boat and jet skis. The house is very comfortable and well laid out. Comes stocked with everything you need! The beds are super comfortable. The only problem is, you never want to leave! Can’t wait to come back again!

This house is absolutely perfect. Everything you could ever ask for in a rental. Owner is very easy to work with and cares about his guests. THE BEST

This house has it ALL!! Gorgeous River view, perfect beach front, launch ramp and dock, pool and jacuzzi, fully stocked kitchen, several bars and BBQs, surround sound with Bluetooth speakers and 4 refrigerators! The host is quick to communicate and very helpful! We just left and we are already planning our next trip!!

Perfect Getaway with kids

This place was perfect for us, five grandchildren and five adults. The kids had a wonderful time playing in pool and on the beach, they were either at one or the other. The place was as advertised clean and had everything you could think of was there. Jon was extremely helpful with any concerns about house and things to do in the area. We did rent a Sea doo for the day from Jon and that was extremely nice, they had it full with fuel and put it in the water for us and we were ready to go. Thank you Jon, we had a great time at your place and look forward to doing it again!!!

Best place on the river

This is our favorite place to stay on the river and now that he has added a boat dock And jet ski dock it exceeds our expectations. Also, the water current is t too fast right here so it makes it easy to get in and out of the dock with the boat or jet skis. There’s surround sound music so you can hear music in the house, by the pool, on your private beach or by the outside bar. There is so many places to hangout at this place it’s hard deciding. The only downfall about this place is you need to book way in advance, so you have to know your schedule way in advance. We love this house and book it every year!

First of all, Jon, is a wonderful host. He has great communication and makes sure we had everything we needed before our trip. And he has an amazing home. There is just so much to do. The pool, the jacuzzi, the private beach leading to the river…This is our like 5th time coming to this house. It’s become our family tradition. Each time we come with different people. Family and friends. Or even one year by ourselves. Yes it’s a big house but you can’t beat the privacy. We feel like it’s our home away from home and even though the clean up is included in the price I always love to clean it before I leave.

Chose this property since my family, friends, and I would visit often during holidays and the summer for over 15 years. It's right on the water, plus there is a private beach where the kids can play, while the adults sit at the bar, overlooking the beach. When I purchased this property, it was nothing but land. The house was built to my tastes and needs.

What makes this property unique

It's a great place to get away from your busy life, and just relax. The location is amazing, and neighbors are friendly. It's perfect for anyone that enjoys water activities, going on dirt bikes, jeeps, and other desert toys. It's also a great place if you like laying out by the water, while eating, sleeping, or catching up on some reading.
