Includes 2 RV 50 amp hook-ups, with sewer.

Total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms

2 master bedrooms with walk-in closets, double vessel sinks, double shower-heads, granite counter-tops, and private toilet. King beds in both master bedrooms, plus mounted flat screen in each room. Both rooms have direct access to back patio with view of water.

Third bedroom, in main house, has a queen bed, plus a flat screen television. Has direct access to pool.

Full outdoor kitchen next to pool. Includes flat screen television, plus outdoor fireplace. Pool with waterfall.

Pool house has a queen size bed, plus full bathroom. Also includes flat screen.

House has a private beach, boat and watercraft launch area, plus a private bar overlooking the water.

Washer and dryer.

Prices vary depending on holiday and month:

RV hook-ups available on site. Additional cost of $75 per RV, per night.

Celebrated my son’s 21st birthday here with some friends and let me tell you, it was the best! The house is amazing! You have the luxury of a river front property, a cool bar area, a huge kitchen, a beautiful salt water pool, and 2 outdoor areas that are super cool. The bar and lounge are in front of the river was awesome. A private beach with a boat launch all to yourself! Definitely coming back.

Our family had an absolute blast at this house!!! Everything went smoothly from check'in to checking out. We cooked meals inside and outside on the grills, big dinners & homemade desserts and everything was equipped to whip up the meals from a blender, big roasting pan, crock pot, instapot, to all the grilling accessories/utensils! There was plenty enough extra blankets & pillows as well which was so wonderful! Jon & Bobby communicated everything with us to make sure we knew how to connect wifi, to connecting Bluetooth for the house speakers which was awesome (music even played in the bedrooms)! The jacuzzi was hot and easy to control and super relaxing with the beautiful river views!! We miss being there already!!! We can't wait to return back!! Perfect for families!! We also rented sea doos & they were delivered to the dock and was the perfect edition to kick off our stay!!

Amazing property directly on the river. We were looking for a place to celebrate a birthday and this house did not disappoint. From the whole home surround sound, salt water pool, full chefs kitchen and two bbq areas we never lacked for a place to keep the fun going. Plenty of space to enjoy together but separate spots to get away if you need.We had a great time lounging on the private beach and utilized the dock for our boat. Everything in this house was well thought out for a great stay on the river. All appliances are high end and work great, was able to make meals for 8 people with no issues.If you’re looking for a great “off the beaten path” spot on the river, this is your property. Host was very communicative and answered any question we had. Check in/out was very easy. We will definitely book here again, if we can find an open date. There’s a reason this place is always booked.
