Welcome to the custom-built "Ony's Outpost," a beautifully built, well equipped home with a brand new elevator! Nestled in the gated community of Clipper Bay on the East End of St. George Island, it offers beautiful bay views, a community dock and convenient beach access.

The "Ony's Outpost" kitchen, with its stainless appliances, expansive counters and large pantry, is a chef's dream! The open floor plan flows into the dining space, with 8 chairs and a bar with 4 barstools. There is comfortable seating for the whole crew!

The living room lounging space flows comfortably from the dining and kitchen open floor plan, offering 2 sectional sofas and a large flat screen TV.

The living/dining/kitchen areas are all located on the same floor and flow openly. With convenient deck access, entertaining and gathering together is a breeze!

The 4 bedrooms are all located on the 1st floor. The bedroom with a queen bed and private deck and the hallway bathroom are shared with the bunk bedroom (2 twin beds). The king bedrooms have deck access and full private bathrooms with showers.

Clipper Bay has a community pool, dock and convenient beach access!

Fantastic dog friendly house ! We enjoyed the tree cover throughout this gated neighborhood when walking our new pup. Easy access to the bay and just a short 2 min drive to beach access. The elevator made load in / load out a breeze. Would stay here again.

Beach access IS NOT within walking distance! You have to drive to public beach access which was not convenient. Otherwise, the house was as advertised.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was super clean and well appointed, we didn't miss very many things from home. Very good location, nice people in the neighborhood, they helped me with my boat at the dock in fact. Great views and porches, and the area under the house was great, extra fridge, storage, and shade. The elevator was broken while we were there which would have been nice to have. The only other thing I can say is if you bring a boat be careful you cannot use the house's boat lift so you must tie up carefully with the winds and tide changes there, about 20 plus inches.
