Best of both worlds!

Location and house in Hull give the opportunity to relax with a ferry nearby to get into Boston. Beautiful house!

Nice cottage like home. We stayed here in 2023 and 2026 for tue marathon. Ferry is close and this works perfectly for the marathon. The ferries do not run on the weekends in the winter.

The home was EVERYTHING and the location was beautiful! It eas peaceful and all that I desired. Melanie was great, responsive and accessible! I highly recommend this home!

We loved our visit to this house. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. The house is comfortable and has beautiful water views from every room. We took many walks along the nearby beach. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. We all slept well on the very comfortable mattresses! It might not be suitable for people with mobility issues because of the winding staircase, but we had no trouble.
