Nestled into Beaver Lake Fayetteville, this delightful house offers a marvelous escape for guests. The Lake House boast a large deck with great views of the Beaver Lake bluff lines. The 2 bedroom home offers a master room with a king bed. The master bath is large and spacious. Enjoy a jetted bath while enjoying the views of nature. The master shower has multiple shower heads to make everyone who takes a shower walk away feeling extra clean and relaxed. The guest room has a double bed and queen bunk to allow the whole family to sleep in comfort.
The guest shower has wonderful colors and a relaxing shower with multi heads which make you feel as you are under a waterfall. The lake views are wonderful and just a brief walk to the boat ramp. Book now and see everything this house has to offer.

We were here for a wedding and rented 4 houses total in this area. Cannot get any closer to water. Enjoyed: decks, screened in porch, bed was comfy (I am picky), firepit, kayaks, paddleboat, hot tub.

I’m not sure the last time this house was stayed in but it looked like it had been quite a while. House was filthy, cobwebs everywhere, just dirty everywhere, doesn’t seem much maintenance is done, so many light bulbs burnt out, many more things, too many too list, looks like there used to be some type of pond by the master bathroom, weeds we’re very recently cut down because they were cut but still very green. Yes it does have a large deck but there is absolutely no view of anything but some trees that are completely blocking the river. You can find a much better place for the money.

I am so sorry you felt this way. The house is rented frequently. The views as I had previously stated are of the lake. But due to laws we are unable to cut trees, so views of lake of better once leaves fall. Many of our guests stay longer so the house caters to longer term guests. I wish you would have allowed me to address the issues while you were out. I appreciate your feedback and we will do better for the future.

This neighborhood is always changing and growing. Its a secret gem on the lake. Just easy with access to many other spots as well.

What makes this property unique

The property has a unique house with wonderful views of the bluffs. When people come they feel the "lakehouse" vibe. Its easy with a feeling of home. We keep a lot of extra stuff there because so many people return and love that aspect of walking into lakehouse full of love.
