My place is 33sqm. this is luxury condo for short and long stays. All necessary amenities are included in the room. The condo is close to BTS Saladeang, BTS Chong nonsri and MRT Silom. Most importantly, you can do Bangkok sightseeing by foot and BTS&MRT from here. No need Taxi

The room is in the quiet area 5th floor. This is a luxury and cozy condo for 2 persons. The room comes with engineering wooden floor. The kitchen is black tile flooring. Both living room and bed room comes with black out curtains, for those who enjoy the late wake up. There is a balcony in the room for to enjoy the Silom Bangkok view from there.

Please kindly pick up the room key card at Baan Silom soi 3 Boutique Accommodation. It is located across of the 5B14 KLASS condo. There will be me or other assistants wait for your arrival. All you need is a key card for entering the main access and your room even elevator. There is 24hrs security at the main gate. just to remind you losing the key card is 500baht.

Feel free to make yourself at home and feel like you're living in Bangkok. Enjoy the fitness and swimming pool while your stay. I will not bother the guests unless they want to meet or need advice/help. Guests will have the room to themselves the entire time.

A cleaning service will come the day you leave or every 3 days of your stay. They will clean the room, change the bedding, towels and wash the dishes so don't worry about any of that. If you are renting long-term and would like the room cleaned please contact me and I can arrange it. This is come with the charge. For cleaning it takes 1 hour. While that you can go have some lunch = )

You can only smoke on the balcony never in the room. Please DO NOT SMOKE in the room. All areas in the condo is non smoking area. Enjoy!

The condo is located in Silom district. There are many banks, shopping malls and convenience stores around you. Especially food stalls and restaurant you name it variety to pick what to eat and enjoy

7 minutes walk to BTS Chong nonsri station
5 minutes walk to Bangkok bank headquater
10minutes walk to Silom complex shopping mall
10 minutes walk to Empire tower and Ritz Carlton condo
Only 2 BTS stations away from Siam center and siam paragon.
This condo is right in the very center of Bangkok. It less busy on Saturday and Sunday around Silom area, for those who like to stay during weekend. At night Silom is a busy area and great for night life, Enjoy the location.

As I mentioned, the most convenience is by BTS . you can walk to either BTS Saladeang or BTS Chong nonsri from condo. There are many UBERRRR drivers around the area. Also, taxis pass by all the times. There are convenience stores around where you can grab things to eat 24hrs/7

My condo was beautifully presented clan all facilities and amenities you could wish for. 7eleven just 2 doors away and western Villa Mart 6 minutes walk. Bts transport 8 minutes walk.

Leaving this review to see if VRBO will publish it or delete it! Taking a picture of this review for the law makers here in USA to create a law so that agents, agencies, landlord and companies like VRBO will be accountable for their misdeeds! Booked this place with VRBO and when I arrived at the location to pick up the key, all the problems and my worst nightmare started. Firstly, everything about this place is a lie. A total misrepresentation and fraud. False advertisement, which is here in USA against the law and punishable by the law. Owner's description of this place and everything else was a lie. When I wanted to pick up the key at my arrival at this place, they asked me to pay 1000 baht for the key. In advertisement it said, 500 baht in the case of losing the key. Not true! The owner demanded 1000 baht for the key and I had no choice but to pay because it was 1AM and I was exhausted after a 25 hour flight. When I entered the apartment, I was shocked. Dirty sheets and dirty pillows. There were disgusting spots on all of the pillows. No internet connection, which was extremely important to me for my work. One tea spoon, one glass, one cup, one dirty, old and disgusting pan. in description; quiet place, great view of the city, fifth floor. All false! No view! Extremely noisy, right beside the A/C. To make the long story short; from the first night I complained to the owner--he denied to be the owner, which I found out later was a lie--also I kept calling VRBO. Owner was a total greedy PIG, he did not care at all. VRBO never got back to me no matter how many times--long distance calls--I called them. I received an email from VRBO after 2 days when I got back home, asking me if the customer service had gotten back to me/addressed my concerns! Outrageous!!! No one accepted responsibility for their misdeeds, not the owner or VRBO! My credit card company neither, which means if you give your money to VRBO and something goes wrong, good luck getting back! That's why I contacted some members of the congress here in USA--I'm still in talks with them to end this misdeeds and bad behaviors, to hold companies like VRBO accountable for false advertisements and representations. I will never use companies like VRBO, Airbnb...

Luxury apartment in the heart of everything.

This was my first time in Bangkok and after doing some research through this platform I chose this property. I was very satisfied with my stay in the neighborhood itself has everything that you need and it’s right around the corner from Patpong night market, Lumphini Park, and public transit. The amenities were amazing. If you’re anything like me when I’m on vacation I would like to see the sights but I also love jumping in the sauna and splashing in the pool. This property may all of my needs and didn’t break the bank. Would recommend to any of my fiends that go to Thailand.

Great little condo and was as described. Perfect location for the Silom area. Check in time is at 3:00pm. Great to have a clothes washer since we stayed for 8 days. If we come back to Bangkok, we would definitely stay there again. Host was very accommodating although she spoke only a little English. Check in is across the street at a little botique hotel.
