Comfortable home base

We had a great experience staying here. We had plenty of room and the house had everything we could have wanted. Janelle was quick to respond to any questions. Someone even met us at the house the day of our arrival even though it was 11:30pm. Would definitely stay again.

Wedding adventures

We chose to get a house to stay before our daughter’s wedding. Our son and his family were supposed to come to but ended up not coming. We chose to stay anyway. We loved it it! Great neighborhood so worries about safety. This house was about 15 minutes from our daughter’s house. They came to have dinner one night. Loved having 2 bathrooms It would have been perfect the way the bedrooms were set if our son’s family came. There was plenty of room! We throughly enjoyed the pool. On Sunday after the wedding a couple of out of town guests came to sit at the pool with us. The water was beautiful. It was so relaxing and quiet. A great way to spend our final day! We enjoyed ourselves immensely! We hope to be able to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful house, top-notch host.

Great stay

This was my second time in Arizona but my daughters first. Staying at the Hillcrest IX house was great my daughter really enjoyed the pool and we were close to lots of the stores needed (i.e. Walmart, pharmacies, and even Cold Cream ice cream store). The owner was even sweet enough to let us check out later on check out because we both had red eye flights out late that night. She was really involved constantly checking in us bringing us things that we felt we needed so that we wouldn't have to buy them, really appreciated her. Will stay here again if we decide to visit Arizona again.

The best VRBO experience ever!

The house is superb: large, clean, wonderful amenities. And the owner, Janelle, is an angel. She got us cookies and sandwiches on our arrival, helped us navigate the city, and was always available. We were in Phoenix for a wedding, but we will come back for vacation in Janelle’s wonderful house. The best experience we ever had in years of house renting. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Relaxing Stay

We booked this property for my husbands business trip which was great because I tagged along with our pup. I was 25 weeks pregnant so I wanted to stay somewhere comfortable with a pool. Having the pool to myself was great because it allowed me to be off my feet. Janelle was super kind and very hospitable. We had a great stay and would stay here again for another of my husbands business trips.

Wonderful vacation.home

Home is very peaceful. If you like to hike Walking path behind home takes you to north point mountain. Loved bird watching Home is well stocked Janelle was checking in making sure our needs were being met. Was a delightful 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

Everything you could want times 2!

Imagine a home whose owner is just the sweetest thing and makes it her goal to assure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and more! That’s what you’ll find at your villa in Moon Valley! We lacked for nothing during our stay for a memorable Mother’s Day week. Beds were very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the amenities are more than ever expected. Janelle has spoiled us and we fear that now that we’ve flown “first class” it’ll be difficult to go back to coach class. We are very happy with our stay and hope to return again!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, pool was wonderful and trail right out the back gate was convenient. Unfortunately, the property manager’s home instructions were not verbally communicated clearly, nor were all of her expectations written on the information sheet in the home. This led to some confusion. We had to wait an hour for her to personally let us in at check in. Wish this would have been more streamlined.

Outstanding Home

This home is exactly how it shows on the listing . Janelle and Richard are awesome to work with. From texting to emails , they were very responsive. Awesome views, safe neighborhood and gorgeous views of mountains to look at. House is immaculate and Everything you could want or need you will find at your fingertips. Beautiful Home

We go to Arizona once a year to visit family. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has a beautifully maintained pool area serviced weekly and nicely landscaped. The grill was clean and we cooked outside often. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and linens are nice. We hope this house is available next time we come back. It’s a keeper !!

Immaculate and well maintained house

Some friends and I spent a week at this house to visit with family nearby in North Phoenix. This house is in a quiet location and is a great place to stay. It is equipped with very nice linens and kitchen appliances. It is comfortable and very well maintained. Should the need arise again I will rent this house again when I visit Phoenix

Why they chose this property

The property was purchased so as to live in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood where I could eventually move back to retire and live the rest of my life. There was little around but mountain preserve years ago, but the solitude still remains with amenities available all around. One of the most spectacular areas of Phoenix to live/own/vacation. A quiet gem in the desert that you will truly enjoy and feel that peace and charm and enjoyment of our wonderful weather in the spring, fall and winter months!

What makes this property unique

This home is not surrounded by freeways and hustle and bustle of the world. With the calmness of nature surrounding you, it is easy to drive away to all of the excitement and events that are constantly surrounding you, but come home to sunsets, relaxing on the two patios, enjoying the day and comforts of this large patio home all on one floor!
