The vacation house is a 1600 foot half duplex located on a wide canal facing east. The brand new deck is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise at breakfast, have an afternoon nap or toast the day with a cocktail and a great Keys seafood dinner-with your “ catch of the day “.
We have installed a fence around the periphery of the deck to make it safer for children and adults alike.
Newer and modern outdoor furniture with 2 chaise lounge chairs and 2 tables with chairs.
The step down dock is accessible through a lockable gate.
The dock itself is 37.5 feet long with fish cleaning table.
A large ice machine is located on the side of the house.

The duplex itself has been renovated and contains upscale furniture throughout The bedrooms all have large flatscreen TVs as well as iPad/iPod dockable him and clock radios. All of the rooms have ceiling fans.

The kitchen has granite surfaces and stainless steel appliances as well as gourmet cooking equipment. Preparing your catch after a successful day of fishing will be a snap. Don't forget that your favorite vintage is waiting in the built-in wine cooler!

Located in the heart of the Florida Keys, Key Colony Beach is a short walk, car or boat ride from the main attractions of the Keys region. Water sports are king and if you like fishing, you have your choice of world-class deep-sea, flats fishing, fly fishing or just wading in the water to catch your dinner..
A private 37.5 foot dock is right outside your door. Fishing, diving, snorkeling, touring, sunbathing, or just lounging on the deck or at a nearby club or beach are all available depending on your mood. Tennis courts, a par three golf course, bocce ball courts, and children's playgrounds are all within an easy stroll.
Your vacation rental includes a membership at the Key Colony Beach Cabana Club and Inch Beach, both are short walk or bike ride away. The Cabana Club has a full size pool, sandy beach and an authentic Tiki bar. Beverages and food are available at your request. At Inch Beach you will find a private sandy beach, picnicking facilities with a grill and a large grassy area for children.
Within a few more steps, Sunset Park is the place to wind down your day. The sunset views are amazing and throughout the year free concerts are held at Sunset Park, just before sunset. Bring your lounge chairs, coolers and snacks-relax, listen to the music and watch the sunset.
