LUSH Garden Villa - New Custom-built Luxury home
This newly built home was designed to resemble a luxury hotel suite. It has a clever floorplan to maximize the space. It is located close to exceptional restaurants, various retail/grocery stores and also a park.
There is an open kitchen and living room area that are connected. The kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare any meal including plenty of storage and brand new appliances. The living room offers mid-century furnishings and a 50 inch SMART TV. The home offers very HIGH speed internet and a desk in the bedroom to utilize as a workspace.
The bedroom has a new king hybrid mattress. All linens are are professionally cleaned. White towels are provided for all guests. Various features of the bedroom help separate it from the competition. Specifically, the design, custom built furniture pieces, blackout curtains and high quality mattress and sheets.
The unit has 2 powerful mini split units for maximal temperature control. There is parking in the driveway in front of the unit.
