Awesome home and the view is perfect. Family loved being on the beach and the house is close enough to shopping, activities, and restaurants. There is plenty to do for everyone.

The views and amenities were fantastic. Host provided everything we could need, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toiletries, everything. All the sleeping arrangements fit our group of 16 perfectly. Highly recommend and hope to be back

This home is phenomenal. The location is amazing. We went to celebrate 3/60 birthdays. Sitting on the patio and watching the sunset every night was just magical. The chef’s kitchen was beyond our dreams. Would highly recommend this home to anyone who’s looking to go to Captiva. And, don’t get me started on the dolphins that we saw every day.

Amazing place, no doubt! Definitely would stay again - simply cannot beat the views from anywhere, inside or out. Being literally right on the beach...wow. Only items I would mention - fridge and oven are amazing...would be nice to have a microwave of equivalent quality and built in. Third floor elevator door lock is broken from the outside, so had to constantly access from lower floors to go to third floor - with an elderly parent this was an inconvenience. Regardless - made for very special memories with grandparents, parents, and children. Zero regrets...

Amazing house! 10/10 we had 13 in our group ages 70 to 2 and everything was perfect from the layout, common areas, kitchen set up, beach gear and pool. Beautiful location everything was with in walking distance. Sunset on the patio, star gazing on the roof top. Host communication was outstanding. Would recommend
