Azita was very personable and clearly outlined the where's and how's of the apartment. The place was extremely well-cared for. I really enjoyed the large step-in shower. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I had a separate entrance, easily accessed, and very secure. I liked the location because it was close to my family in Ladera Ranch and was just off a major thoroughfare. The space is small, but for a single person, it was very suitable.

I enjoyed staying at the property, clean and easy to find. Local store for convenience. Did get a little hot at times, AC is controlled in the main house, or so it seemed! Overhead fan came in handy! I believe there is a bedroom above the room, got woken up a few times with heavy footsteps or whatever it was falling onto the floor. Overall a comfortable stay. Nice friendly owner.

Thank you Lynn, would be happy to have you with us again. The AC was kept on 72 all the time. July is the hottest month in socal, those days the temperature was almost 98 degrees. I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay.
