The inside is fine except the AC didn’t work and the building is run down - thought the elevator was going to break - not a real secure entry point into the building and homeless sleeping in the parking lot with tents. I’m sorry you didn’t feel safe. I wish you had contacted me during the period of your stay to ask questions or let me know about your concerns so I could have helped you directly. I live two blocks away and am always happy to help guests with questions or recommendations. The unhoused folks are not in the parking lot, that is at the highway exit well past the property. Sadly, there are unhoused people in downtown Atlanta but they are not, and never have been, an issue on our property. The unit is on the 20th floor with its own secured digital access system. The building has a secured digital access system as well as a door person as security, so I’m unsure what you mean about concern with the entry point. The building HVAC works but is subject to central building control as it is an older building, so it can’t be set to icy lows. Beyond the ceiling fans, extra box fans are provided. Great Spot!

Was a great spot to lay my head at night! Did not spend a ton of time in the room. AC was not strong and windows did not have screens, that would be the only drawback I experienced.

The host was great! The building and unit are in desperate need of some upgrades. It was a little bit further than we originally thought, but still walking distance to lots of restaurants and quick uber rides to most things. The space was large enough for my partner and I, and we loved being able to make meals at home with the kitchenette. The biggest factor in it being 4 vs. 5-star is the parking situation. The lot for the property is massive and sat empty all weekend. Just made it a bummer to have to pay even more to park a 10 minute walk away (the closest parking is 40/day and would’ve added an additional 160 to our trip).

I didn’t like the parking but we found a garage across the street for 25.00 a/day, next to Cristo Ray Atlanta. It is secure, do not use the 40.00 one, it’s not worth it. Jennifer is very sweet and personable. The kitchen needs a skillet. Everything was nice and I would, yes, book again.
