Great location out of the city. Host quickly responded. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Loved that parking was also available on site. Roof top view of NYC was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable spacious accommodations. Bus stop was right outside the entrance making it convenient for trips back and forth to NYC. Host was very responsible and accommodating. Must check out the rooftop deck- while it was a little cold for us to enjoy it, we did sneak out for a beautiful view of the city.Will consider this property should we return- well worth it!

This is great property for family stay. Very clean apartment with all facilities you need.Bus stop is right in the front with connectivity to Manhattan and path stations. Just be aware that there are not many restaurants in quick walking distance, but a 7/11 is only a couple of minutes' walk away.The only negative thing, you need to pay if you would like to get apartment cleaned in between your stay.

This rental was very reasonably priced and a decent location for being out of NYC, but a short drive to the city. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. When we arrived at our check in time, the unit was still being cleaned. The cleaners rushed and left us with damp towels. If you purchase parking in the building’s garage (an extra 40 per night), know that you must message the host and wait for the host to remotely open the door for you. One night we waited outside the garage for 30 minutes. This process is not convenient. Also bring a sound machine as you can hear quite a bit of outside noise in the bedrooms. While the rental is advertised as newer, there are lots of marks on the walls and some stains on the curtains and chairs.This rental was fine and the host worked with me throughout to try to problem solve. However, it was not the level of experience I am accustomed to. I would not stay here again. The attention to detail is missing. The hospitality and personal touch of the VRBO experience I have come to know and trust was absent. I would suggest that the host provide a binder with details about the rental and suggestions for area amenities. If you are on a budget and ok with a low frills kind of rental, this might be a place to consider.
