Stay in this FULLY-RENOVATED, updated, unique studio with more than you can ask for. Enjoy free coffee in the morning on your private outside balcony. Amazingly modern, classy, and elegant studio! Entire private condo in a gated community. Equipped with everything, Netflix, high-speed Internet, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, & stove. Only 5 mins to Lake Hefner, mall, theater, 12 miles to Bricktown. Close to Top Golf, world class restaurants, Wal-Mart, Target, & more. No smoking. Very quiet!
The space:
This one of a kind unique studio was completely renovated within the past month. If you like clean, up-to-date, and modern then stay here. Our pictures don't deceive.
It includes a full-size bed that comfortably sleeps two people but the condo can accommodate three people. There is a nice size sleeper sofa in the living room. Free Keurig coffee pods are there for you to use. Great for individuals, nurses, students, small families.
Relax and unwind and watch TV on the massive flatscreen, chill and relax on the balcony, or study at the study desk. Property includes brand new washer and dryer and stand-up rainfall shower-head.
This property is located on the third floor. The building is located right next to the pool (seasonal hours). Pool is not open every single day of the year. The HOA controls the pool; not us. We are a no party, no event, no smoking condo. No smoking on balcony either.

Very clean. AC (although noisy) cooled great. The ceiling fans were small & mighty! Perfect size & price for our 3 day stay. Property owner was easy to reach & super communicative for all needs. Shower was great. Bed was comfy. Towels were super soft. Coffee kpods for the coffee drinkers. I'm a hot tea drinker, so picked some up at the nearby Wally World (WalMart). Sprayer on sink needs replacing. Plenty of plugs for your cell phone charging needs. Large TV for chilling after a day of experiencing OKC.
