4-bedroom house on Lake Wawasee with a stunning, screened in porch!

Attention all Lake Wawasee lovers! Our new 4-bedroom home is ready for you. (sleeps 12 adults max - 14 people if you have children willing to share a full bed)

The screened in porch offers a view of the water that you won't forget. The fire pit area will become a favorite spot after a day of sunshine and swimming right in front of the house!

Ready for dinner? You will love the large, open kitchen that keeps the family together even when the TV is on! A gas fireplace makes it cozy if you are enjoying a cool summer or fall night; we love it in the winter. Two car attached garage has a second fridge for extra food storage and there is plenty of parking in the driveway and across the street on the channel side of our property.

A wall of windows creates the atmosphere you need after a few hours working from home upstairs if needed. Our property features 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 bunk beds (twin on top of a double below), perfect for a group getaway. Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the first floor. Bedroom 3 and 4 are upstairs with the desk nook and the third full bathroom that does have a tub if needed.

With amenities like a washing machine & dryer, WiFi, AC and heating, boat access and lots of room to splash and swim, you all can rest and unwind. The 3 bathrooms offer showers, towels, and hair dryers for added convenience plus basic soap. Our hope is to help you fall in love with lake life like we have over the years. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
GARBAGE PICK-UP Monday & Friday morning VERY EARLY! Put large brown garbage bin on wheels (in garage) across the street the night before. Bags not in the bin won't be taken!! *NO Recycling available
Bathrooms have towels/basic soap. Extra towels & blankets are downstairs in the hallway closet, under the stairs. Beach towels & twin sheets (train bedroom), queen sheets (master bedroom closet)
Make sure gas lines to indoor fireplace and gas grill are turned OFF after each use. Make sure the fire is extinguished in the outdoor firepit before retiring at night. Do not lean on porch screens.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave washer/dryer doors open when not in use. Please wash and dry all beach towels at the end of your stay.
Please strip each bed of linens. Leave sheets/pillowcases on the beds that were slept in so we know which beds were NOT used.
All dirty kitchen/bath towels, wash rags leave on the laundry room floor or in the laundry basket in that space.

Beautiful property, kitchen was well stocked- we enjoyed being able to prepare meals and eat overlooking the lake. The screened in porch was so peaceful to sit and enjoy the view. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were great. We rented a pontoon and were able to catch fish and also visit the sandbar. Overall an excellent experience and we highly recommend.

A True Gem!

This property was perfect for our family lake trip this Summer! The house is a gorgeous new build and is fully equipped with all you could need. My kids enjoyed jumping off the dock to swim, smores near the firepit and lots of tubing on Lake Wawasee! They are already asking when we get to go back! We would definitely book this home again in the future!
