The home was super clean, updated, and the check in process was easy. More than enough room for my group of four and close enough to golf courses, restaurants, etc. to make it a very easy stay. Would definitely stay again.

It is a wonderful property with modern lodging conveniences with smart and thoughtful design throughout the cottage like having the shower be door free and a fully screened-in porch with sitting area that has a wide sliding door to open up the living room. Little things like stamped concrete in the front leading to the front door and back patio really help avoid tracing in sand and debris. Just please note the property website reservations and Vrbo are not the same. We weren’t even aware of the resort website. This is due to owners using Vrbo to rent out weeks they cannot use. When we initially booked, the cottage unit ended up not being available as fractional owners have priority over Vrbo renters like us. We were moved to a different cottage and it worked just fine for our needs.

The property is very new and well maintained. My family loved their accommodations with each couple having their own individual bedroom/ bathroom. The host was generous with their time to meet individual requests, she even printed my speech for my nephew's Groomsmen Dinner! The only comment is the lack of certain sundries such as, paper towels, kleenex in the bathrooms and salt & pepper in the kitchen. A suggestion is to have one main floor bathroom with a shower bar for accessibility. Overall the house is great for large family events or gatherings!
