Self-check-in with a personal front door code

Max occupancy: 9 guests (including children)

Minimum booking age: 26

No unregistered guests allowed

No parties, events, or large gatherings

Smoking & Pets
No smoking or vaping inside the home – $500 fine applies

No pets allowed – $500 fine for violations

Noise & Security
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

External security cameras monitor front and back for your safety

Noise decibel monitor inside to ensure a peaceful stay

No cameras inside the home

Cleaning Expectations
Please treat the home with care and notify us of any spills or damages

Before checkout:

Take out the trash and place bins in the garage

Place used towels in the laundry hamper

Start the dishwasher

Log out of streaming accounts

Lock all doors and windows

Set thermostat to 70°F

Bring trash bins to curb Wednesday night for Thursday morning pickup

Fireplace, Firepit & Winter Use
Indoor fireplace is electric and guest-accessible

Firepit (off the primary bedroom) is propane only – never leave unattended

No wood-burning fires allowed

Store ski gear in the garage only – do not bring wet items inside

4WD/AWD strongly recommended in winter

Shake off snow and remove shoes at the door

Parking
Parking for 4 vehicles: 2 in the garage + 2 in the driveway

Street parking is not allowed due to snowplow and city rules

Please do not block neighbors’ driveways

Violation Fees
Smoking inside: $500

Unauthorized guests: $100/person

Excessive cleaning/damages: Charged based on repairs

Lost key or remote: $50/item

Late checkout (without prior approval): $50/hour
