Villa has 2 outdoor fireplaces and one indoors. Kitchen includes Viking appliances and for an additional fee, your own private chef will prepare and serve any meal at your Villa. Immaculate luxury includes daily maid service. Spacious patio includes outdoor bar and grill, TV, refrigerator, wine cooler and centrally controlled lighting and sound system for entire villa. On demand shuttle bus to take you anywhere on the resort to include restaurants, shopping area, bars, golf course, fitness room and award winning spa. Free shuttle to Cabo San Lucas, 5 minutes away. Garage space for 2 vehicles. Golf carts (4 or 6 person) for rent upon availability.

My husband and I live in southern Illinois. He is a pipefitter and I am retired from a national nonprofit association.
We visited Cabo on a whim 13 years ago and like many others, fell in love with the natural beauty as well as the warm and welcoming people. We have returned to Cabo every year since that first trip.
We purchased our fractional ownership at Pueblo Bonita and upgraded to Novaispania a few years ago. Whether it's your first trip or your 20th, we're sure you will love Cabo as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We chose Novaispania because of the high end accommodations as well as the privacy of our own house, our own pool and hot tub and the magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean sunsets.

What makes this property unique

This property is in a gated community away from the tourist area of Cabo yet has convenient access to neighboring Pueblo Bonito and Quivera resort amenities and still only 5 minutes from downtown Cabo.
