apartment was dirty, windows didn't close, heater didn't work - after calling VRBO and hunting them by calling and calling at 3am someone came to turn the heater on which had an electrical issue.Other things were taking care but VRBO was not helpful at all - they are telling you that they are just the middle person between the person renting an apartment and the host. VRBO stated that they are going to refund me some money which after 4 weeks I still didn't get. The host also told me that I would receive some money if I give a 5-star review which I also didn't receive.Be aware of false reviews as Hosts are offering money for good reviews. And, don't think that VRBO will help in any way. They are stating that they are only providing a platform and are not responsible for anything
