✦ Outdoor shared pool is available, opened from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

✦ Paid parking garage – 1 space(s), available for $50 per day.

There are several additional things to note:

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $100 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ A mandatory resort fee of $40.00 per night will be collected upon check-in, not included in the daily rate.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $150.00. per stay. Limit of under 45 pounds per pet.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ The maximum number of days that you may book per reservation is only 28 days.

✦ Damage deposit of $100/stay/unit on the credit/debit card. If paying with cash, the incidental hold is $200.

✦ Early check in is subject to availability for a one time fee of 35 USD plus tax.

✦ Late check outs after 12 PM is for a fee from 25 USD
