Accessed by private elevator, spacious unit overlooking an open air atrium. 1500 sq. ft. of fully furnished elegance, original brick walls, 2 large bedrooms, 2 .5 bathrooms, walk in closets, open floor plan, kitchen/living room/dining room, full size washer & dryer, secure access within a private residence. Queen and twin sofa sleepers available in living room.

A tranquil oasis with easy access to the Warehouse Arts District, the Mississippi River, French Quarter restaurants, shopping, music venues and the Central Business District. Venture out in search of Royal Street antiques; beignets at Cafe Du Monde in the French Market; lunch on po-boys at Mother's and char-broiled oysters at Drago's; stroll the Mississippi Riverfront; cruise on a Riverboat; visit the National World War II Museum, the Children's Museum, Audubon Aquarium and Insectarium; Canal Place for upscale shopping; Woldenberg Park and the Riverwalk Outlet stores. RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Occupancy of the leased premises by Lessee is limited to those persons specified at the time the Lease is signed. Lessee shall be responsible for reporting any change in occupants to the Lessor. 2. Lessee acknowledges the receipt of one (1) front door/gate key and one (1) unit door key, all of which shall be returned to Lessor at time of vacating the Leased Premises. Keys may not be duplicated. 3. Lessee shall not permit anyone who is not directly known to Lessee to gain access into the building premises. Neither lobby door should be propped open on evenings or weekends. During business hours only, the inner lobby door is left open M-F from 9AM-5:30PM. Both lobby doors are to remain closed securely at all other times. 4. Lessor will retain a passkey to the leased premises. The agents of Lessor and any contractor or workman authorized by the Lessor may enter any leased premises at any reasonable hour of the day for the purpose of maintenance and inspecting such leased premises. 5. The comfort and rights of other residents and lessees must not be interfered with. Annoying sounds, odors and lights are not allowed. The deciding opinion as to whether a noise, odor or light is annoying shall be made in the sole discretion of the Lessor. No smoking is permitted within the leased premises and building premises. Lessees are responsible for the behavior of their occupants and guests and shall not permit them to annoy, disturb or damage other lessees. 6. All garbage is to be placed in tied white garbage bags and placed adjacent to the freight elevator. 7. The freight elevator is not to be used. Access to individual floors is by key access only. Avoid getting trapped. 8. No pets are allowed on the building premises and leased premises at any time. Exceptions are made for trained aid animals for the disabled when a pet provision rider is executed by Lessor and Lessee and attached hereto. 9. No motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, baby carriages or similar vehicles shall be allowed to stand in the stairwells, landscaped areas, hallways, entrances or other common areas of the building. 10. Items of personal property left in the apartment after the keys are returned will be considered abandoned. 11. Each apartment is equipped with a circuit breaker panel usually found in the utility room. If electrical power is interrupted, please check to see if a breaker is tripped and reset it before calling Lessor or Entergy.
