About this property

Four Bears Ridge - Mountain Family Retreat

Summary:

All paved roads lead to this kid-approved mountain retreat, just 3 miles from historic downtown Blue Ridge. Four Bears Ridge came from a family's dream— a sanctuary where their four kids can make lasting mountain memories. Named in their “little bears” honor, this cozy cabin radiates family warmth, and the magic of a mountain’s embrace. Four Bears Ridge is where relaxation and adventure intertwine, inviting you to make your own unforgettable mountain moments.

The Neighborhood:

Beautiful Mountain Town of Blue Ridge It’s easy to fall in love with Blue Ridge, Georgia. Start with scenic North Georgia, leaf-changing, mountain range enveloping all those chimney-smoking cabins in fall. Or, enjoy the endless options of fun-filled activities for any season. Whatever the adventure, the mountain breeze and stunning views are your supporting cast. Then there’s the warming heart of historic downtown Blue Ridge. And, oh my, does she have a lot of heart. Delicious restaurants and unique local shops and galleries you won’t find anywhere else is the gravity of her charisma. All this, and you’ll barely have time to visit the family-friendly wineries and orchards with their thrilling fall tractor hayride tours.

Getting Around:

In most cases, you will want to fly to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. Rent an SUV or vehicle that rides high off the ground – preferably a 4-wheel drive if you want to explore all the waterfalls and hiking areas. You can get to most cabins in a 2-wheel drive but still would not drive a sedan. Roads on the mountains are curvy, narrow, and dark at night. Many roads are paved, but still many are gravel as well. It’s quite the adventure getaway in the great North Georgia mountains.!

Beautiful and cozy inside and out. Everyone had comfortable sleeping spaces, room to spread out with a full living room and a loft area. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi and making s’mores in the fire pit. Everything we needed was already in the house. We added some groceries and had a great visit! Great family, activities in the area-hiking, rafting, orchards.
