The only thing not included is pool heating. For outdoor pool and hot tub heating (recommended between September and April), there's an additional charge of $45 per night plus tax. However, the pool can be used free of charge. For hot tub heating only (other months), the fee is $25 per night plus tax. Ordering pool/hot tub heating after check-in incurs an extra $30 management fee.

Venturing further, the Kennedy Space Center is approximately 70 miles away on the Space Coast, while Port Canaveral Cruise Port is about 72 miles away on the East Coast of Florida.

The second floor houses seven bedrooms (3 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin) and four bathrooms, with two shared among rooms. A lounge/living area with a large TV and comfortable sofa sets provide extra space for relaxation. The game room on this floor is perfect for Ping-Pong or Pool/Billiards enjoyment for all ages.
