Remodeled Topsail Dunes Oceanfront Condo

This is a 2bdr/2bath condo at Topsail Dunes building 3 with incredible views. (3 levels up from ground) The Condo is just steps away from the Elevator but around the corner enough so it's not noisy. Watch the sunrise then hang out to hopefully observe dolphins and distant ships all from the privacy of your balcony. Feel your mind and body start to relax as you listen to the smoothing sounds of the ocean from the balcony, living room or master bedroom. Enjoy the day beach combing or shell collecting. This beach themed condo is sure to offer everything you need. Enjoy a cup of coffee from balcony or sit at the kitchen island and converse with whomever might be fixing a meal or preparing a salami and cheese plate which there are plenty of wine glasses. For you beer drinkers mugs are in the freezer.

The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and glass back splash accented with beach theme items. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans to choose from.

All linens are included.

The master bedroom is equipped with a NEW queen size bed, large dresser and closet with an on-suite bathroom. There is even a sliding door to the balcony. You can lay in bed watch the sunrise and hear the wave break on the shore. There is a cable TV for your viewing pleasure.

Guest bedroom has a single bed, bunks with a single and double. There is a dresser and nightstand as well.

Hall bath includes a tub/shower for soaking or washing the little ones.

Living room has a super comfortable couch and chair, a Smart TV with cable, The Condo has free WiFi connection.

Washer and dyer in the hall way in case you need to wash clothes or towels.

For the beach there are beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and Styrofoam surfboards for you to enjoy. Located in the guest closet and white cabinet in the entry way.

This condo had an unobstructed ocean view from the balcony--one of the best views of any beach condo I have rented. The host, Rick, was prompt in answering any questions I had, and gave spot on recommendations for restaurants that we might enjoy. The condo was equipped with anything one could possibly need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend renting this beach condo for anyone who would like a relaxing time at the beach.

Beautiful view and great access to beach. Unit is well maintained, nicely equipped in kitchen area, well furnished. Nothing not to like. There is an elevator but it was rarely working. Not an issue unless you have mobility issues. Can’t count on not having to go up stairs, but it is a short one flight.

We had a great week! Check-in was easy. Host was easy to work with. Loved the ocean view! Condo is updated with a nice beachy theme. Went down to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise. Very relaxing listening to the waves from the balcony. Sad our week came to an end.

Birthday at the Beach

What a great way to celebrate and regain my sanity back. Beautiful view, beautiful weather and the condo was clean and comfortable. Still off season so it quiet and peaceful also. The ocean washed up lots of treasures.

My family purchased this property in summer for 2016 as a place to come and relax. We love the small town feel. It's a work in progress as we make upgrades and continue to remodel so can share our vacation home with you. We were born and raised in California and live in a little wine town, not Napa the other wine country in Calaveras County. We have one child still in high school so we aren't moving anytime soon oh and there is that thing called a retire when time allows we like to travel.
