This person named Stephanie made the reservation claiming she wanted a quiet home to stay at alone for Easter weekend. Instead of a woman showing up 4 men arrived and stayed at the rental. I saw them on the driveway camera invite over up to five more people that smoked cigarettes, and marijuana in my home. They also posed with guns and money outside, and met with multiple cars in the driveway at all hours of the night. Stephanie claimed to be the only guest but that was far from the truth. I had to use an ozone generator for two days to clean the smoke smell out of the home. The home was completely renovated with new carpet, flooring, paint and furniture a month before they stayed. I learned my lesson to never rent to last minute locals on the weekend that have new profiles. Beware anyone who gets an inquiry from this person they will smoke in your house, leave it a mess and give you a bad rating
