Conveniently located across the street from Sitka's largest trail system and close to downtown, Sitka Fine Arts Camp, Totem Park, and the Sitka Science Center. This is a quiet and private neighborhood right across from our favorite trail system.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique because you have great views of the mountains and fell like you are deep in the woods. But really, the Cross Trail is right across the street, and downtown is about 1 mile away.
