This newly remodeled, beautiful vacation home(sleeps 8) is a short walk to the beach and minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach! Beautiful inside and out, the furniture and beds are high quality with Smart TV's in each room. King beds in all 3 rooms. Sofa Sleeper Queen bed W/upgraded mattress sleeps 2 in living room. Large kitchen/living room area to enjoy. Spacious area , full kitchen and BBQ. This home is located on a spacious 10,000 sq ft. lot. Our home has a fully fenced private backyard, removable Pool safety fence, Heated salt water pool, Tiki Hut & Bar all add to your tropical day! We have cruiser bikes, 2 razor scooters w/helmets and the bike trail to the beach is in front of our house! Home is located 1 mile from Port Canaveral, 2 miles from the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's and the location makes day trips to Orlando attractions such as Disney world, Universal Studios, or Kennedy Space Center quick and easy. Fine shops, bars and restaurants are close by too. Local attractions include, miniature golf, great food and music. Pet friendly. Please confirm pet eligibility before booking. $100 pet fee per pet.

Yellow Beach House

Great place for family with 3 bedrooms,well equipped kitchen and beautiful pool and outdoor space.Within 5 min for beach. Excellent location.We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great family getaway!!

We had our family (2 adults and 4 kids) stay a few days and it was wonderful! The kids had a blast and were never bored. There is also tons nearby to do if you want to explore. Great place that we will definitely try to stay at again!

Cocoa Beach Family Reunion

We came down for a family reunion, but also had a great vacation at this beautiful home. The pool and outdoor area were amazing. The house layout was perfect. It was clean and had everything that we needed. What a wonderful memory for our family.

Simply perfect

I will tell nothing new if you read previous comments.The house,the pool,communication and everything else was simply perfect for us (family of four) an additional bonus was a rocket launch that could be viewed from the beach (10 minute walk).

BEST VACATION EVER!

The pool at this house is AMAZING! Perfect for little ones because the ledge is big enough to walk around on and they can also be shaded by the option of the umbrella. The pool is actually bigger than the picture leads the audience to think and deeper as well! The palm hut was great to sit under during the day if you wanted to be out of the sun and the fire pit was a great addition for those cooler evenings. Tons of outdoor space. Sondra has the house stocked with everything you may need, but if you're missing something, there are stores close by. Although we did not walk to the beach, it would be very doable, as the house is in the perfect location. Sondra is very attentive and when the propane ran out in the fire pit, she had someone bring a new one within thirty minutes- great customer service! Everything was fabulous and we can not wait to vacation here again next year! BOOK THIS HOUSE- YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

The house is beautiful, clean, and has practically everything you could need for a family vacation in the area. The pool and backyard areas are GORGEOUS! The owner was easy to communicate with and we were able to easily find all the information we need.

Great location, didn’t have to go far for anything we wanted or needed, even our day trip to Orlando! Plenty of space for the six of us! Beds large enough for teenage siblings to share! Had a fun family game night with games provided by host. We truly felt at home during our stay. Host is great, responds quickly to any questions.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the little yellow beach house. It was such a beautiful and comfortable home with everything you could possibly need. The pool was amazing and we had such a wonderful time just being at the house, that we didn't feel the need to leave very often. We were even able to see two launches right from the backyard! Sondra was so kind. I would highly recommend staying here and hope we can come back again.

Clean, comfortable home

We enjoyed this house for one week pre-cruise. The house is clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The pool area is fabulous, we spent a lot of time floating and relaxing!

Great Pool

This was our eighth visit to Cocoa Beach and this was the best pool we have had so far. The pool was very warm and had several layers of steps for smaller kids to use. The yard was big and nicely landscaped, particularly around the pool. The house had three big beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Owner provided useful information to using the property prior to our arrival.

Absolutely wonderful home!

This home is like having your very own private resort! Comfortable beds and furniture, great fence for complete privacy, pool area is so inviting with countless options for seating and the pool is just wonderful! We used the bikes a lot and even walked to the beach almost daily. We felt very safe in this town. The wild peacocks and all the rocket launches were a bonus! Great restaurants nearby! We will definitely stay at this home again!

Love the Yellow Beach House 💛

We were coming down to Florida from NY for my children to attend space camp at Kennedy Space Center. We found this house and it could’ve been more of a perfect fit for my family and my small dog and the location was so perfect between the space center and cocoa beach. It was so quiet and clean and the pool was amazing. Super private and coming from New York, we just loved all the tropical trees and flowers and listening to the sounds of the birds and other random insects and of course the wild peacocks! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay! My kids didn’t want to leave! The owner was super responsive and so sweet and friendly. All the information they gave me was right there at my fingertips. Thank you Sondra for everything! We would stay here again!!

A Piece of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yellow Beach House. The house was exactly as described and more. The back yard was heaven on earth and it was easy to relax. My 16 year old daughter enjoyed being able to tan. The property was close enough to nightlife but far enough away to be peaceful. It is in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

The Yellow Beach House was awesome!

It was like having your own oasis in the yard. Private location, walking distance to the beach. Fully stocked. The owner was super nice and responded very quickly to any questions I had. We would definitely book here again!
