We offer accommodation for groups of 1 to 40 people with affordable and comfortable amenities perfect for singles or a group of people looking to do reunions or wedding parties. This unit is on the main floor has 19 beds (10 Queens, 3 doubles , and 6 singles). If needed there are 3 two bedroom condos upstairs. The building is right across the street from Flathead Lake with a great central location in town. Within walking distance to the Kwa Taq Nuk Resort, Flathead Boat rentals, downtown Polson, several public beaches, restaurants, and bars. Great views of Flathead Lake and at least three mountain ranges including the Mission Mountains. Property comes fully furnished with washer and dryer, kitchen, two baths, 2 refrigerators, and an outdoor grill. All sheets, towels, pots and pans, everything that you should need except your toothbrush. There is a private day use boat dock across the road.

Worked in both Africa and Russia. But you can't take Montana out of a Montana kid so I've lived in Montana most of my life. Main business now is real estate. For western Montana I am a great source of information pertaining to anything from restaurants or things to do or see.
Why they chose this property
This is one of the few properties in Polson or on Flathead Lake that can accommodate a large group of people. Upstairs I have three two bedroom condos. This unit, which is the main floor of the building, has 19 beds just itself. So if you are planning a family retreat, a wedding, have a soccer team or baseball team, or just getting together with a group of people this is a great facility to rent. all self contained and private it is far better than more economical than renting rooms in s motel.
What makes this property unique
Halfway between Missoula and Glacier Park, Polson is a great place to center your travels to Western Montana. 1 1/2 hours from Glacier Park. Boating and water sports right across the street. There is a private day use dock that is available to renters.
