Elegant Holiday House in Village Kavran

Self standing stone house in Istrian village Kavran with tastefully decorated interior, convenient for family with 2-3 children. Comfortable living room with open kitchen, interior stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms. House is only 3 km away from the coast with its fantastic beaches and secluded bays.

House for 4-6 persons, 100m2 + 50m fenced garden.
Ground floor: kitchen with dinning table and living area with fireplace (couch, possible as sleeping couch).
Kitchen : stove (4 gas rings) , refrigerator with freezing compartment, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, air extractor above the cooking rings, toaster, oven.
Bathroom: shower, WC, sink .
There are wooden stairs leading to the first floor .
First floor: 2 x double bedrooms with double beds.
Bathroom; shower, WC, sink, hairdryer, washing machine.

Front fenced yard, cca 50 m2 with barbecue (gas), garden furniture, sun beds and umbrella, jacuzzi.

Equipment: Sat TV, Air -co, WI-FI Internet, baby cot (on request).

Wir durften zwei schöne Wochen in diesem tollen Häuschen in dem ruhigen Dörfchen Kavran verbringen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Zum Einkaufen außerhalb der Ferien ist ein fahrbarer Untersatz (Fahrrad, PKW o.ä.) zu empfehlen, da sich der nächste Lebensmittelladen im Nachbarort befindet. Vielen Dank für alles!

Perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Trotz Hochsaison im August haben wir einen wunderbar ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verlebt. Das Dörfchen Kavran ist weit ab von den touristischen Hotspots, hat aber in kurzer Autodistanz schöne Fels- und Kiesstrände, die auch in der Ferienzeit nicht überfüllt waren. Das Wasser ist kristallklar, Parkplätze waren kein Problem. Also wunderschön zum Baden und Sonnen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Kavran selbst sind eher begrenzt, vormittags gibt es einen Bäckerstand., immer wieder auch kleine Bauernstände am Straßenrand. Der sehr kleine, aber ordentlich ausgestattete Supermarkt ist im nächsten Ort. Restaurants gibt es im näheren Umkreis keine, wir haben also meistens in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht. Super ist die kleine Außenküche mit Elektrogrillplatte, damit sind im Nu Cevapcici und Fisch gezaubert. Insgesamt ist das Haus ein sehr angenehmer Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlen kann. Der ummauerte Hof gibt genügend Privatsphäre, die Schlafzimmer sind hübsch und die Betten bequem und mit recht neuen Matratzen ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind ansprechend renoviert und alles war sehr sauber. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber natürlich eher draußen aufgehalten. Im Hof steht ein warmer Whirlpool, was ein nettes Zusatzgadget ist. Wir hatten aber bei Sommerhitze nur selten Lust auf ein warmes Bad und haben das Meer bevorzugt. Trotzdem fanden wir den Whirlpool sauber und einladend. Der Kontakt sowohl mit der Eigentümerin als auch mit der Agentur war hervorragend. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und die Gastfreundlichkeit war sehr herzlich. Alles in allem also ein super Tipp für ein paar ruhige und erholsame Urlaubstage. Wir werden das sicher wiederholen!

Ruhige Lage auf dem Land: erholsam und sehenswert

Sehr schönes kleines Haus mit tollem Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind am Haus noch nicht fertig (Türen klemmen,...), wer darüber hinwegsehen kann und Ruhe sucht hat in Kavran mit den schönen Buchten und Wäldern eine erholsame Zeit. In der Nebensaison ist etwas Logistik gefragt, der nächste Supermarkt ist ca.35 Autominuten entfernt, im Sommer gibt es Microläden zur Nahversorgung. Ausflüge nach Pula und Rabac sind empfehlenswert. In der Nebensaison waren die Restaurants sehr gut und erschwinglich.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes liebevoll gestaltetes Ferienhaus. Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wunderschöne Buchten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäcker jeden morgen im Dorf. Ein Haus für ein tollen Urlaub im schönen Kroatien.
